Made my first on line purchase with this company. Excellent service. Spoke to someone really knowledgeable when I called to query a size. Dress was a perfect fit and the parcel arrived the next day.

I paid the store a flying visit yesterday and Yasmin was very helpful and made shopping (which I hate) quite pleasurable. Half an hour later I had 2 dresses and I am delighted with them both!

Buyer BEWARE!!! BE VERY CAREFUL AS THE STORE HAS A NO CREDIT CARD OR CASH RETURNS POLICY! The shop in New Cavendish Street has a large clothes& brands selection which is great, shop is beautiful but the STAFF in there is a whole different matter. They DO NOT MENTION that for any returns of items bought in the shop, they only offer store credit that can then be used to purchase full price items ONLY. There was a note on a side wall in the changing room up on the wall (very easy to miss). Should this note perhaps be placed by the cash register one wonders?! SO please do not be mistaken in thinking this is a run of the mill British high street shop respecting basic consumer rights! Oh, no! They made it as difficult as possible to get in touch with customer services as well; shop staff was downright hostile and unhelpful when confronted about this hidden no cash returns policy. SHAMEFUL! By all means go in there try on items to get the right size, etc and then just save yourself the aggravation and buy directly from the brands' websites.

Mainly order on line but have also used their shops. Range is excellent and staff have always been helpful. Returns are easy and shop staff offer really good advice.

Bought a few things from here. Nice clothes but such bad attitude from two members of staff. Rest were very nice. Was in hospital for serious stufff yesterday. They rang me from two different shops but wth hospital reception being so awful it kept cutting out. When I rang back both their phones were busy at the same time. Today they claimed I had put the phone down but I have phone screen shot to show who callled who and when. I had purchased my dress last Monday the 27th by phone.. I was in hospital for far longer than I thought and was exhausted. I got an email a while ago, today , Thursday teling me I have no dress any more. Telling me they had decided what to do with my dress. esther decided she would refund my dress without my permission. So I paid for my dress, was collecting it today, as agreed and she decided to refund it, without any permission, of any kind. She decided she was in a place to make decisions for my business. What to do with my dress. I had informed her of the Brexit attitude of one older lady member of her staff. She refused to believe me. Told me she refused to hear anything of the kind. I asked her how she had refunded my card today when she should have destroyed my information and my card details on Monday, as I paid over the phone. I have no dress and no reply. Caveat Emptor. Pay attention if your are Irish going to the New Cavendish Street store.
