Lack of communication about the order!
Lack of communication about the order from start to finish. Very disappointed with the service although the product is good.
I did get a conversation of the order when I made the order, I then rang for an update as I had not heard anything for 2 weeks. (We are processing your order and will be in contact soon would have been nice)
I got a call after 4 weeks from the courier to say we will be with you tomorrow.
I had to rearrange family at short notice as someone needed to be in. Again nothing from the company.

You would have received an email to confirm your order on 26th August and we were in touch again as soon as your goods came into stock (earlier than estimated lead time). The delivery team then contacted you to arrange a suitable time & date that was best for you. Earlier message left re order of 2 mirrors, mirrors collected 1st June 4 weeks and 4 days after order placed. Attitude of gentleman on collection, truly disgusting. Advised didn’t think the comments I left were justifiable, well this goes to show they were, customer service is a disgrace and I will ensure every person I know is made aware of the disgusting customer service! At the end of the day if it weren’t for customers you would not have a business!
