Die Kuration ist beeindruckend, jedes Produkt wirkt bewusst ausgewählt. Ich habe ein komplettes Wochenend-Outfit bestellt und alles passte genau nach Größentabelle. Hätte diesen Shop früher entdecken sollen.

Love the aesthetic of the Bella Rosa Mode website, it feels very editorial and well put together. The women's section this season is especially strong. One item I received had a small issue but customer service handled it right away. Overall a brand I trust and keep coming back to.

I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered 2 ski jackets which arrived too late for the ski holiday. I returned the goods (after they tried to fob me off with various low level refunds) and had to start chasing the refund after 2 months as no money had been returned. Eventually, I threatened legal action and after 3 months my money was returned. Awful customer service. Please don't use this company.

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a knitted jumper for my dad 3 weeks before Christmas. It arrived nearly 2 weeks after, no updates. The jumper was not knitted but had a knit print on it. Nothing like in original pictures. Cheapest quality fabric you can imagine. Cost me nearly £40 apparently reduced from £60. Asked to return as soon as received it. Was told I would have to ship back to China. Bella rose refused to pay a cost of return (£20) despite misleading information regarding product. Returned the jumper at own cost after a long battle with multiple customer assistants in January. Bella rose went quiet. I finally was refunded the cost of the jumper..mid March! Don’t let them fool you. Terrible experience

My experience is exactly the same as other one star reviews. No returns. No refunds. Items sent not as advertised.

I ordered during the sale and was a little uncertain at first but the jacket arrived fast and was well packaged . The fabric feels sturdy and warm perfect for winter walks . The color matches the photos exactly

Die Bluse gefällt mir sehr gut und sitzt insgesamt sehr schön. Der Stoff fällt angenehm und die Farbe entspricht weitgehend den Abbildungen. Zudem war alles sorgfältig und ordentlich verpackt

l ordered the puffer jacket in a darker shade and it looks much more expensive than it actually is quality details like the stitching and zipper are noticeable the fit is slightly snug even after following the size guide but overall im happy with it.

The dress looks stylish and feels comfortable to wear. Delivery went smoothly and the packaging was professional. I’m happy with my purchase.

The WORST company I have ever ordered from! One item missing and the item that turned up vs the item I had originally ordered is appalling. I have reached out and they are refusing me a refund and only offering a 30% refund or 60% store credit.. I paid £70 for something that should have been £140! If the 3 weeks delivery date wasn't enough they're completely refusing to refund me for the item I didn't even receive.. where's the irony in that? The item i received (hoodie) was thin, cheap material that I found on TEMU for £4!!!! I would never recommend this absolute shambles of a "business". I not only had to then order more items totalling to £150 elsewhere to ensure the person these items were bought for had a Christmas present to open I'm not out of pocket and left with this ridiculous excuse of a jumper 🤣 I wish I could leave photos to show the quality, well lack of jumper!! I have been trying to resolve this for a month to no avail. Absolutely shocking and completely unprofessional on their behalf despite me emailing over all evidence to support this. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Second order already and again satisfied. Items were packed well and fit nicely. Delivery wasn’t the fastest, but worth the wait.

Nice hoodie and good fit. Colour matches the photos well. Delivery took slightly longer, but the product itself met expectations.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to arrange a return with this company! They have posted out a completely incorrect item to what was ordered.
The refund process is to email info@bellarosa-mode(dot)com and follow the instructions.
I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED as I have sent 5 emails that have been completely ignored!
HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO GET A REFUND????
Stop copying and pasting generic replies on these reviews telling people to get in touch because they ARE GETTING IN TOUCH, ONLY TO HAVE EMAILS COMPLETELY IGNORED!!!!

good quality for the price the jacket looks neat and the stitching is well done . Shipping took a bit longer but everything arrived in good condition

Ordered a coat late November which I still do not have. Evri apparently delivered this. No footage on Ring doorbell on the day it was allegedly delivered. No email with proof of delivery from Evri. No refund allowed as there was no contact from me to Bella Rosa on the day of delivery. How am I supposed to get in touch to advise of the non delivery when no contact or proof of delivery was given? Evri already have a very bad name and this whole situation is horrendous. Now being asked to go and spend time contacting Evri for a non delivery slip and go from there! Currently £70 down with no coat.

Happy to amend this review when I have a coat or refund.

Ordered a winter dress coat , arrived within 2 weeks - unfortunately sizing is very misleading & arms very short for a Large.
Quality poor , thickness minimal for a winter coat .
Asked for a return only to be offered several discounts to purchase further .
Return policy catches the customer to pay !
Be warned about sizing from this company.
