I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this time I felt I had to given the money I spent. I had window blinds fitted by this company after a pushy sales pitch but I thought oh well that’s just how salesman are. The fitting date came and they fitted the blinds and off they went. All was fine until I had some work done on a few failed double glazed windows and the window repairer removed the blinds. He removed them carefully whilst i watched to ensure no damage was done and he showed me that the fitter had cut corners and only put 1 screw where there should have been 2! To make matters worse the hole that was drilled for the screw plug was too big and the blind had been held on a quarter of the screw length than it should have.
At this point I was fuming and flabbergasted so I tried calling the company to no avail. The window repairer kindly refitted the blinds with the correct number of screws and ensured they were solid at no additional charge.

Don’t be fooled by their polite response saying a Senior member will call. As far as I understand it is a 1 or 2 man operation fleecing the public!
