Delivered in perfect condition & perfectly packaged. Nice to get a follow up call to ask if I was happy with my order & delivery. Which I think adds a professional touch. Spoke to a very nice man called Sam. The plant which is pet friendly was In great condition. And I love the diffusers. Will be ordering some more pet friendly plants. Just hope the service keeps as good as it is now! ☺️ Very Happy Customer.

Love my plant so much! I ordered during the Black Friday sale, although even at full price, the plant would be well worth it. I’ve purchased the same plant previously from a large store and paid 3 x as much for it to die quickly. This comes with care instruction and packaged safe. My cat knocked the box over so I was worried it would be damaged, however it was completely in tact. Very impressed!

I've never seen anything so thoughtfully packaged and NO PLASTIC anywhere. The plant was in perfect condition, no spillage of soil anywhere. Loved getting this unusual plant from them and would 100% recommend using them to all my family and friends and anyone looking to buy plants over the internet. Others don't seem to care when packaging plants, they need to take a LEAF out of Bellr's book. Thank you so much!
