I am very disappointed with the service I received from this solicitor during my financial matter as part of my divorce case.

My case took a very long time, and unfortunately things became very confusing when the solicitor who was originally handling my case suddenly left the firm. During the time she was dealing with my case, I was given advice about different aspects of the matter. When she left, another solicitor took over, and I was given different information and advice. This left me very confused and unsure about what I should do.

I trusted the solicitors to give me the correct advice and relied on what I was told when making decisions about my case. Unfortunately, because of the different information I received from the two solicitors, I feel that I made some wrong decisions that I may not have made if I had been given clear and consistent advice from the beginning.

The case eventually went to court after a very long period of time. By that point, I had already spent thousands of pounds on legal fees, as well as a huge amount of time and emotional energy. Sadly, after all that money, time and stress, I did not get the result I was hoping for.

The whole experience left me feeling frustrated, confused and unsupported. I understand that divorce cases can be complicated and that outcomes cannot always be guaranteed, but I expected clear communication, consistent advice and proper continuity when one solicitor left and another took over my case.

Overall, I am very unhappy with my experience and would not recommend this service based on what I personally experienced.
