Hi Max - thanks for review. We are sorry you didn't feel the boost that our other customers do. We have gone through a lot of research with sports and performance science to ensure our product is not placebo. Research shows you need more than 70mg of caffeine to have a ergogenic - in BELTER we have 80mg in each pouch. That said the effect is one that you feel in the activity and performance itself - so for example in our gym tests regular gym goers had a measured increased output of 9% to 15% when they repeated a session a week later after using BELTER. I talked to a few of the people who felt sure they would see no increase and were really surprised when they saw the results which were produced for the same relative heart rate. One effect of caffeine is to reduce the perceived effort in activities and exercise. Maybe try doing activities with and without BELTER and see if you feel the difference. Thanks BELTER

One of the benefits of caffeine is to increase focus and attention - the great thing about BELTER is that it works 3 times faster than ingested caffeine like an energy drink and doesn't irritate the stomach.
