How do I access the "Science", the "Research", and the, "Clinical Studies"???

They claim "Scientifically backed", "our research" and
"Clinical studies demonstrate the effectiveness of our 6-week program. Participants report substantial reductions in pain and improvements in shoulder mobility, with many experiencing noticeable benefits within the first week."

I cannot find a single study though nor a reference or link... I called - no humans to speak to... I tried the help center and email. Still awaiting.

I love the idea of Rotator Fx. I wish i could review the research they quote. Im considering add it to my non-surgical Regenerative Protocols for patients with shoulder injuries.

Update:
on the sales page / Shop they show pictures of the research. In the picture the search term is "RotatoFx Research". Go to pubmed.gov then type in that phrase. Results say, "The following term was not found in PubMed: RotatoFX". The link I'm referring to is at bemomedico dot com slash rotator fx 6 week program (no actual links allowed in TP reviews).

I then tried the quoted Titles from the 4 blurred research photos... each one returned the following, "Your search was processed without automatic term mapping because it retrieved zero results."

For example i tried, "Impact of nighttime bracing on subacromial space and shoulder pain reduction" just as shown on Bemomedico site... and the return was, "No results were found. ".

I am stunned... befuddled... Is this company for real making up pictures of research journals and changing the title??? It seems on other reviews here that they also are faking the "1,487 reviews" from TrustPilot.

My heart saddens that Humans are doing this to other humans when we could just be honest and sell an honest product and actually do some real research and get some real results. What the heck.

New idea! :) I just plugged in their claimed verified studies into google scholar. Unfortunately no results either. :(

Well, as a physician, I tried my best to find "Their Research". I called, emailed, searched two databases... it seems they image-altered those 4 research paper images with deceptive intention. (And they left the "R" off in the word "RotatorFx" in the search box too).

I was hoping to read some research in consideration of adding this device to my regenerative protocols for people healing shoulder injuries. In the process i've become surprised- and saddened- that this company has faked reviews AND research. As several people here in TrustPilot have written, BemoMedico seems to be a Scam considering these image-altering- falsifications and that people can't seem to get refunds either as promised. A sad day in America for me. So onwards with real science and real results to help people improve their Real Health. - Best Regards, Dr. S.

PS:
a third example of image altering evidence... go to the hair page, look at "the Team". Dr. Marvin Black or Black Marvin... well if zoom in on his white coat you can see his real name and that he's a DDS. So that seems fake/altered and used to convey a false message as well. Ahhh. Sad for me to witness this as a HealthCare Professional who truly Cares for People's Health. Have a nice day everyone.

Another Update:
Zooming in close on the "Verified Studies" images... one can see that all 4 Titles are overlayed on top of the same research reference, they all have the same date and the same PMID reference number. Unfortunately this confirms the falsified image-altering aforementioned. Four different published journals cannot have the exact same dates and PMID reference numbers because those numbers are unique identifiers.

PPS:
I think i found it! The actual paper they are citing (as the 4 verified studies for Rotator Fx) is this paper here:
Go to pubmed.gov and type in PMID: 25124964.
Then look at the images, they all are dated Epub 2014 Aug 13. and have the same PMID and DOI. Just look at the unique number in the DOI ending in 22277 for DOI: 10.1002/lsm.22277. Wow, its all there. They FAKED THE RESEARCH on top of a paper about LED light for hair growth (which they also sell on their site).

Case Closed. I'll be resurrected if they can actually send me four studies for shoulder rehab and Rotator Fx. Whats the chances they decided to image alter and fake publish a research paper instead of just posting an image of the ACTUAL RESEARCH PAPER? For results sake, I hope they can send me actual studies. Right now, the conclusion is that they Bemomedico has Falsified research evidence with intent to deceive and sell.

PPS: Dear Bemomedico, if you want to get some real clinical data, I can help you accomplish that. I can't help you though if you if you continue to use unethical deceptive practices. Best Regards, - Steven

FINAL UPDATE:
I tried to look up Dr. Nicholas Campbell
Licensed MD, as pictured. I was hoping to ask him about his endorsement. He also seems to be falsified.

Call it “an experiment”

Hello everyone. I bought the kit many months ago, and I am finally getting around to using it. (I remember getting it in due time.) Which is good timing bc my left shoulder is in pain! So I will update this thread regularly to share my results. I am mechanically inclined so will keep an eye on this complaint on breakage. I’m excited to see what happens….

Slow shipping. Didn't help my shoulder issue. Device broke. Wont issue refund

Took multiple weeks to get my rotator fx. I was diagnosed via mri with bicep tendonitis and tenosynovitis. The device did not help with my shoulder issues. The device also broke. The screw clamping the cable in place is not strong enough. I wrapped the cable through the hole and crimped it back to the cable to fix it. I've been trying for 3+ months to get a refund. You cant talk to a person by calling their phone number. They take forever to respond to emails but dont actually provide any detials to complete the return/refund.

After waiting one month without…

After waiting one month without receiving the shoulder rotator thing, i read these reviews and realized it prob was a scam. Had a bad feeling when after ordering there was a "download an app" to track the shipment.

I'll never order from them again

The other bad customer service reviews here are spot on. I tried multiple times to contact the company to cancel the order, but with no success. Numerous emails with no response. I tried calling, but there's no option to speak with anyone. I messaged them on Facebook, but my message was never read. This is unacceptable. I finally contacted my credit card company, explained the situation, and disputed the charge. Thankfully, they at least got me my money back.

I still have the unopened box that I was more than willing to send back, had they just responded. Not a good experience. I'll never order from them again.

Don't order anything

Don't order anything. It's a scam. Took 2 months for my RotatorFx to arrive and it broke within 3 days of use. I tried emailing and calling them to do a return and they ignore me and don't respond. SCAM

Broken handle within 7 weeks

I received the RotatorFX on 7/31/2024 and started using it. While it did work for my shoulder pain, the handle broke on 9/18/2024. I have emailed the company twice to see about a replacement handle and I have had no response. Terrible customer service!

Worst company ever

I sent an email trying to return an unopened package and they will not respond at all. They don’t answer their phones and you can’t get help at all. I would never order from this company. I have sent 10 emails now and they will not write back. Absolute joke. Do not order from here.

Add me to the list of people who ordered and never received a product. It has been almost 2 months and no movement on my order. No tracking even.

No product 14 days later

It’s been 14 days and I am still waiting on my product. I am not sure if they are legit or a scam, but that’s a long time to wait on a package.

So much for 1,487 TrustPilot reviews…

So much for 1,487 TrustPilot reviews with an average of 4.5 stars. Any time a site claims to have reviews, and you can't easily and directly click through to see the reviews on the site, BEWARE. I was ready to purchase and I noticed this issue. Imagine my surprise to see that it was completely fabricated.

Fake Scam

As a long time shoulder pain sufferer I was doing some due diligence before blindly handing over my money for their device. Glad I did! They state in a picture 22k+ reviews with an average of 4.5 stars. Turns out they’ve only been rated 3 times before me, and everytime 1 star for same reason that it is a fake scam. Keep your money in your pocket and your personal details to yourself people.

What a scam

What a scam! Advertised on Instagram. Meta really should really be more selective when it comes to who is allowed to advertise on their platforms.
