This was my first time customizing a piece of jewelry for myself, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Koyo went above and beyond to track down the exact shade of tanzanite I wanted for my bracelet. She put so much thought, care, and communication into helping me define my preferences and finalize the design. I really love how it turned out :)
My experience with Koyo at Benalor was absolutely flawless. I commissioned a custom bezel setting tennis choker necklace and was impressed at every single step.
The Design Process: Collaborative and easy. The 3D mock-up was a fantastic way to visualize the piece, and Koyo's design instincts are spot on. I was especially impressed by her creativity in taking four small diamonds I had at home and repurposing them into a gorgeous charm that elevated the necklace.
Communication: Always clear, prompt, and friendly. I was kept informed and felt confident throughout the process.
Customer Service: Incredibly flexible and accommodating, especially when it came to scheduling the final drop-off.
The Final Product: The necklace is absolutely beautiful and expertly crafted.
