I emailed to return my items bc it doesn’t fit and also the quality is terrible and no one answered me.

Although I love my purchase but super disappointed with delivery- my items were delivered to a wrong place and the customer service asked for proof!!! And the picture of the delivery showed my package on the side of some street. The next day a neighbor left the package at my door but I am uncertain to order again.

The quality is very low and I'm trying to return the hat but your company won't email me back.

The visor is nice and sturdy but too tight. I’m hoping it stretches out over time!

I mailed the hat back. The tracking number said you received it Monday April 4….. I have not heard confirmation for my refund yet. If you note, I returned it the day after I received it there could be no sign of wear on it.

The shipping took a while, but with that issue isn’t the seller’s fault. I was a bit surprised at the fabric of the hat. It looks more like a mesh-like material than that fabric of an actual cap. The brim is exactly as shown on the pictures. It will definitely keep me cool during hot summer days. I am still waiting for the cap to straighten out. It was folded up tightly during shipping.

The products are good and the purchase process is smooth. The issues I have is the support team. I requested the return instruction, but the reply is about the replacement. After I reiterated my request, no response from the support team until yesterday. I'm still waiting for the confirmation about the return address if it is the same as exchange address.

I ordered 3 hats that I did not like and I asked to return. They refused and only offered a coupon or exchange. This is horrible customer service. Never again.

The application is easy to use, the product is easy to search and check.
The Quality is good, the fabric is soft.

While the Beneunder products may be fine, their customer support is the worst I've ever experienced. Be warned, they take no responsibility for delays or refunds if your product never arrives. They will not respond to emails. They have no US stores or phone number.

The hat was shipped poorly. It was folded into a very small ball, and once removed from the packaging, it had deep fold lines that ruined the hat's shape.

The sunglasses is perfect, price is great, highly recommended

The hat I received does not match the photos or videos at all, which was very disappointing. The material looks and feels extremely cheap and not worth the price. It’s flimsy, and the brim doesn’t hold its shape as shown in the pictures. Honestly, the quality feels comparable to something purchased from Temu, which is unacceptable at this price point.

Not the quality I would expect for the cost, pats very thin and easily wrinkled. Size is also smaller than expected.
Hats came folded and wrinkled. It would be ok if wrinkles came out but it was hard to get the hats to look nice.

I found this site through Facebook and Shop. And I’m happy I did! I live in Texas and our summers can be brutal. I love being outdoors but can’t take the direct sunlight. I’m 65 and I’m always looking for nice ways to cover up without taking in extra heat. I ordered the widest brim hat because it looked classy and functional, the perfect mix. I also ordered a rapper top that will be able to be dressed up or down. I’m really looking forward to getting these products and putting them to use.
