I have been waiting since DECEMBER for my payout. Like most of these people I saved up to have money for Christmas/bills. I did the payout right after the new update and payout and im STILL waiting. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!

I have been waiting for almost 3 months for an almost $200 payout. Not only are they charging for the separate payouts, but after countless back and forths of “our apologies rest assured you’re in the queue, I haven’t seen a single cent. I feel so scammed! Considering better business bureau or looking into class action if they don’t give me my promised money soon. I’m a law student and will ask my instructors.

I cashed out Dec 10th and am still waiting to receive the money.

I requested a $50 payout in January and another $50 in February. I have not received either.

Was 5, now 1. If rewards dont go missing as problem 1, problem 2 is waiting 90+ days to hit your "wallet" to cash out. Instant Cash-Out costs .99cents to venmo or paypal. You need 25$ min to cash out and then they max u at 50$ So for 56$ i had to pay the .99 twice. Then they make u wait anywhere from 30days to over 12 months in a queue to get your money with no estimated time frame, and customer service almost never responding. This app needs to be shut down. I cashed out 3/23 and 3/24 and its now 4/16. no money. no answers.

I have also been waiting for a $50.00 payment since December 9th 2025 and 3 others 2 in January 2026 and 1 from February 2026. The 4 payments in queue total over $130. The December payment stated would take more than 94 days to post to PayPal. I reached out to customer service and get the same generic response that you find in their frequently asked questions. I would really like to know if anyone has received payments since December 2025 when they opened up the payment system for requesting withdrawals.

It’s a scam my money has been in the queue since March 12 and they will send you some B.S. excuse like do to many withdrawals we had to do this or that and at this point I’m just waiting to sign up for the class action lawsuit they owe me and my brother both over 150 on each account…DO NOT PLAY IT …It used to pay off and now it doesn’t so go to Mistplay or another app it has paid me over 100 already since I stopped playing that fraudulent Benjamin App….Let me repeat DO NOT PLAY THAT APP ITS A SCAM

The app used to be great. Great pay and great payout. Ever since their 3 month “upgrade” it’s been crap. Now it’s $25 min and $50 max payout per day, but it doesn’t even matter because they aren’t sending the money. I’ve been waiting for a $50 payment since January 13th and another $26 payment since March 18th. I send them an email and get a robo email asking how they did resolving the issue. I give them a thumbs down response and never hear from them again. I noticed that you can use your winnings to gamble with, but that’s not what I want plus if there was a big payout I doubt I’d ever see it. I would not recommend this app.

I really liked this app when I started and engaged regularly. I saved up quite a bit and have consistently put in for payouts since January 9th, and not one has been paid. Very disappointing, I wasted a lot of time for nothing it seems.

I took out a draw december 9th and 10th since they started their wait period while I was saving up and it is now April 15th and I still have not gotten either of them. The queue said 90 days and it is way past that. I tried speaking with customer service but its always the same spiel. I get that there's limits but if you give a 90 day expectation and its been well over that, it gets a bit annoying, especially when you spend money on said games to get higher rewards so you can cash out quicker.

I requested a cash out back on January 21,2026 to venmo for $25. It is STILL pending in the queue. I have submitted multiple support tickets to only have them automatically closed with the same message of "your request is being processed. It could take up to 14 days but can be sooner". It's been nearly 3 MONTHS. before they made these updates, the app was great. I had cashed out over $200. But with their new changes, it's not worth it. It went from legit to scam-feeling. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!

I started out really liking this app! I got my first payout super fast. Then they “redid” their rewards program. I’ve now been waiting on 3 payouts! Since December 10,2025. It’s now middle of April. I refuse to use their app and earn more rewards until I get my payouts. And any time I contact them, I just get the generic “it’s processing”.

I have three withdrawal requests of $50 each dating from December 9, 10, 11. I also have three $50 requests dating from March 28. I haven't received any of that money.
I have emailed customer support and get the same response every time, they have many requests, they have a higher volume of requests, etc. I know all of that, but when will I get my money?!?
I also think it is ridiculous to have to pay a $0.99 processing fee for each request, especially for the first three requests. There was a statement about that being for the "immediate" or "instant" withdrawal of the money. I see nothing that is either "immediate" or "instant" about a FOUR MONTH wait!
I would rather just be told I won't get the money, if that is to be the case.
I don't understand why they had to change up the method of disbursement of money unless they are going bankrupt and won't be able to pay out.

I repeatedly get prompted to “reinstate” my daily streak even though it was already done for the day. Additionally, they changed the withdrawal model (requested $50 maximum amount allowed) and I have been waiting for 50 days.

You’re not going to get paid you play on this app. Still waiting since January 29th for my payout. They’re other apps. Started Just Play. I like it.

I used to really like this app. I would get my rewards within a few days. I've been waiting over 2 months for a withdraw. Something needs to change.

Awful! Waiting my withdrawal since January, and they still keep saying it’s in a queue! It’s $225.

Wow, this is comforting to see I am not alone with the frustration this is causing. I requested a withdrawal on January 27, 2026 and I’ve received nothing but excuses. I do not believe that this sight is a reputable sight anymore and I would encourage everyone to avoid it. I don’t know if they had someone take over the sight or what, but this is unacceptable. I don’t even mind the low payouts cuz I always received my withdrawals; but since 2026 it has been nothing but a runaround! If you haven’t signed up with this app; my best advice; DONT! There are tons of sights that offer the same games and actually fulfill your payouts. I have 2 payouts “in queue”, assuming I will never get the payout I earned.

I started using Benjamin about a year ago. At first, I was able to cash out directly to my bank account within minutes. It was the best money making app I had ever used. Then as I was about to cash out my most recent $467 in Sept 2025, they said they were putting a hold on all cash outs til Dec 3. Well Dec 3rd came and went with still no access to the money I earned. Now here we are in April 2026 (7 months later) and even after jumping through all their new hoops and restrictions, I still have not received a single penny of the money they owe me. Every time I contact support, I get the same generic reply, that my money is in the queue and will be sent soon. It makes me very sad that the best has now become a scam that doesn't pay.

This company is scamming people. I tried to cash out money I earned in August 2025 totaling $295 and with no notice received a message that withdraws were suspended until 12/3/25 to build a better website. On that day, I got numerous error messages that he system was too busy.I then had to make withdraw requests of $50 a day which have been in a processing cue since 12/9/25. Customer response is exactly the same as the others on this site, they are just auto responses and never address anything.
