Excellent Customer Service
I contacted Bentley Designs to see if I could purchase some top-up paint for my furniture. I spoke to Lauren who arranged for a pot to be sent to me, free of charge. She was so helpful and I received the pot within 4 days - excellent customer service!

Bentley Designs Outlet are an excellent company to deal with and have provided me with one of the best buying experiences ever.
I purchased a Single Shiny Nickel Headboard back in May and was delighted with the quality and overall finish. However, in late October, I discovered that one of the krystal finials had come loose due to a lack of glue holding it in place. After discovering the fault, I contacted the customer service department and dealt with Ryan Joyce, the Marketing & eCommerce Administrator, and couldn't have wished for better service from him. After extensively investigating the fault and being extremely apologetic, Ryan went above and beyond to ensure my issue was dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner. Replacement finials were swiftly posted to me and are now safely fixed to my headboard.
Ryan provided me with outstanding customer service and a level of aftercare rarely found in today's shopping experiences, for which I am incredibly grateful.
I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Bentley Designs Outlet to any prospective customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Peppercorn oak table and sideboard
Brilliant service and table and sideboard are gorgeous. Delivery guys unpacked and built the furniture with ease. Really prompt, they took such care whilst building and I was very impressed. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. The outlet has some amazing offers and quality of the furniture is outstanding.

Chair arrived quickly, condition as described.
I needed an extra dining chair and wanted one that would be a close match for my existing set. The one on Bentleys website looked the same, so i ordered it. The photos on the website highlighted some small defects and having received the chair i can confirm they are no worse in real life. The delivery was pretty quick and i had excellent communication from both Bentleys and their delivery partner Furdeco at all stages.
The only minor niggle i have is that the chair was quite dirty/dusty when it arrived. It was packaged well so that can’t have been the delivery company’s fault. Being that the chair was a wipeable leather, it was no big deal in my case. I might think twice about ordering fabric covered furniture from them though.

Atlanta bed
Ordered an Atlanta single bed. Unfortunately the delivery arrived with a couple of missing fittings as can sometimes be the case with flat pack furniture (irrespective of who you order from). The Customer Service team at Bentley Designs were amazing and dispatched the missing grub screws immediately. We assembled the bed last night and it looks great. Really happy with our purchase and experience. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
