Please do not buy anything from this Chinese company parading as a UK company

My item arrived 2 weeks late as shipped from China it was supposed to be a L but it was more like a XS

When I asked to return they advise that I couldn’t and offered a 50% refund in the shape of a gift card to spend in their shop when there refund policy clearly states they refund

Stay away would be my advice they are unprofessional and crooks!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I wish I read the reviews. The quality of the clothing is so poor, I have complained and they only offered a 50% store credit, they are refusing to refund even though the dress is not to a high quality nor does it fit me.

Avoid at all costs. Corrupt company who scam you.

Easy to order on line

Had never heard of your website before but everything from start to finish was easy and straightforward. The website easy to navigate and checkout simple ..customer service straight after purchase gave clear instruction to when it would be packed then shipped. Very good pleasant experience.

Don’t waste your money - ordered 2 items, both of which were of poor quality and cheaply made which you could get off other well known websites for a fraction of the price.
One was not even what I ordered (ordered a top and trouser set and received a one piece jumpsuit )
After a prolonged email exchange where I was eventually offered 100% store credit I was told I was not eligible for a refund as the items delivered matched the description !
Don’t believe the refunds information visible on the home page or product pages - you can’t get a refund if it “doesn't fit” or is “not quite right” - they follow the contradictory refund policy held elsewhere

Do not buy from these criminals. They are committing Fraud and breaching UK Consumer Rights Law. The products are pitiful quality and they refuse to give refunds. My item was screwed up and stuffed into a used plastic bag. Not even folded. They reply with emails that appear supportive but they are just delaying the inevitable realisation that you have been scammed. They have been reported to UK National Trading Standards.
Here is the comical detail emailed after numerous requests for a return and refund.
As you will see, there is no refund available and you don't want to pay yourself for postage and taxes for a garment exchange not fit to wipe your backside on. Avoid and share all over social media so that Mr Chin Chong Ding Ding at the backside end of China stops making as much criminal profit.

Option 2 – Return for Store Credit:
• Return the item to our overseas warehouse
• 100% store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected

Return Details (If Choosing Option 2):
• The item must be unused and securely packed (original packaging preferred)
• Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
• Please choose a shipping method where the sender handles customs clearance (not the recipient)
• Include tracking information with your return
