I have worked with Richard for over 20 years as a client at various organisations. I have always found Richard to be a proactive and honest recruiter, supplying quality candidates. Even if there is an issue, Richard will always go the extra mile to put things right.

Very knowledgeable owner and recruitment specialist. Helpful consultants, honest and transparent throughout the recruitment and employment process for both candidates and hiring companies.

Richard at Bespoke Career Solutions has been a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for everyone involved. His proactive approach and excellent communication make him stand out, and I would happily recommend his services.

We received a great service from Bespoke Recruitment. They really helped our business find the right person to fill the role we were looking for. Highly recommend if anyone is looking to recruit or needing to fill a role through an agency.

Richard is a true professional and great to work with. He has a great client base that are incredibly loyal due to his excellent service and strong technical knowledge.

They genuinely care about their clients and are always on hand to offer advice and support.
A reliable company that makes the whole process so much easier. Thank you for all your help!

Worked with Richard several times over the years... Great guy to work with, strong communication throughout the whole process from start to finish. I'd recommend.

A fantastic agency to work for. They are supportive, professional and I can highly recommend this agency. I applied for a job on a jobsite and Richard from Bespoke rang me as he had found a suitable job. He arranged an interview for me straight away from which I gained employment. Since then Richard as been so helpful giving advice regarding wages, tax or anything I have needed support with. He is always on hand to speak to. My wage slip is sent followed by my wages going into my bank at the end of every week. I cannot fault this company or the professional but friendly way in which they support me.

Had a great experience with Bespokecareersolutions. Richard was extremely helpful and is always on hand to help or assist with any questions.

A fantastic recruitment agency would happily work with them in the future and definitely recommend to check them out if your looking for work.

Excellent company to recruit with. Knowledgeable and professional. Also offer sound advice.

I’ve known Richard and worked with him for over 20 years, and throughout that time he has consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of the recruitment market. He’s commercially focused, professional and delivers a high quality service, with a real understanding of both clients’ requirements and the importance of getting the right fit. He also understands the importance of a positive candidate experience, keeping communication professional and ensuring candidates are well looked after throughout the process. I’d have no hesitation in recommending the agency.
