You ordered a bespoke item during our lockdown period! During this time, the government allowed us to open, then close, then open, then close again. As you can appreciate, this was just as frustrating for us, as it was you. This obviously had a massive impact on our lead times.
We also had a major issue with the supply of materials. I made you fully aware of this!
I explained to you why we were running behind and all of the hurdles we were up against, and you were unwilling to wait.
You ordered a rather large bespoke item, and we agreed to refund you as soon as we could sell it elsewhere - and we did!
I'm sorry that the refund wasn't immediately. But I explained on numerous occasions, your order was extremely bespoke.
