I was looking to replace some of my double glazed windows online. I approached few window companies for quotations about changing them and came across this company who were very professional from booking an appointment with rep who came to give us a quote, who was very knowledgeable as he himself is a fitter and he showed me the quality sample of window. The company then sent the actual fitter who measured the windows was very precise lwithin a week or so. The windows were manufactured within 4 weeks from ordering and have been fitted to a very high standard. The fitter did all the preparation of putting sheets down before starting work and collected all rubbish afterwards leaving the place clean and tidy. At all times Bespoke Trade Windows kept in touch letting me know of timescale of all events.
I am completely satisfied with this company’s professional approach.

The Bespoke team did a great job. They arrived on time and got down to work straightaway. They were very approachable, keeping me informed about what they were doing, especially when fitting a new back door became challenging. They left the house tidy and litter free. I had all windows and external doors replaced in my rental property. The fitters were very tidy and removed all old windows and waste and were very respectful of my tenants who have two young children. I can't fault anything.
