Love my new shutters.

Amazing new look. My room looks so bright and different. From initial consultancy, Lee was able to explain the differences in shutters and what i would get compared to other brands. I was sold. With competitive prices, i put in the order.

Upon delivery of the shutters, Lee was able to arrange fitting as soon as I was available.

Before arrival, i got the hoover up to ensure I could hoover over any drilling and mess but Lee explained no need as he brings in his own mini hoover. The place was left spotless...boxes removed and room left clean. Pretty impressive. Thanks again.

Bespoke is exactly what you get - Alan and his team are absolutely incredible and they have transformed my house. He took time to understand my needs and made suggestions of how to effectively customise my shutters, even providing solutions of how to effectively cover some scruffy and ugly aspects of my windows left by previous owners. He kept me updated on timelines throughout. When he came to fit the shutters he went above and beyond to ensure they were exactly what I wanted - he even moved a socket on the wall in one room and put extra finishing touches to ensure they look perfect. The craftsmanship is outstanding and he takes real care, attention and pride in his job.
We got 4 quotes and Bespoke were not only competitive (and cheaper than most) they were the only one's to make suggestions and work-arounds to accommodate the quirks of my property.
Alan and his team are extremely likable, charismatic and kind, the service is top-notch and the end result is outstanding. We are already getting a quote to have the back of our house done - I cannot recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings enough!

Alan and Damien did a fantastic job on my Shutters. I had five quotations in total and only Bespoke Shutters caught my eye. They had the better material, better colours and much better ideas than the other four.
I am very happy with my Shutters and they make my bedroom look so much better now.

My blind for bifold doors-Duet pleated motorised-originally fitted by Thomas Sanderson 2 yrs ago was not working recently. I contacted Hilarys as Sanderson has been taken over by Hilarys.Hilarys reported they do not repair hence it will need replacing but they do not have the same fabric
I contacted bespoke windows who have fixed my blinds and I am extremely pleased

My daughter accidentally left something on the windowsill which caused an issue with our Duette blind. I called Alan to explain what had happened, and he came out the very same day to repair it—completely free of charge, even though it was no longer under warranty.

The customer service from Bespoke Window Furnishings is second to none. Alan went above and beyond, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers long after the installation is complete.

The quality of the blinds themselves appear to be top notch, and I have already received numerous compliments from others saying how nice they look. We had all our blinds and shutters done with Alan and his team at Bespoke Windows Furnishings a while ago now.
So happy with the service and quality! They are still looking great! We recently had a problem with our electric blind and Alan was more than happy to come and look at it!! He managed to reset it which solved the issue! He was super honest about it and could have said we needed a new motor which would have cost us!

Great overall experience working with Alan, from the first phone call right through to the final install of our sliding door cellular blinds. Alan was very professional, gave good advice and insights to help us make our choice. Excellent all-round experience. Great communication and advice from the outset. A pleasure to deal with, very professional. Non pushy, just helpful. They were different to other suppliers that we’ve dealt with, they showed that they really cared and gave great advice on how to dress up the window frames with mouldings, which they installed at no extra cost. Very happy with the finished product and quality of installation. The shutters have been brilliant at reflecting the sun and the room is now far cooler even when being blasted by the sun all day. Overall, they were a joy to deal with and would 100% recommend.

When we decided to have shutters, Bespoke Window Furnishings were the first to pop up when we started looking.
I kept watching for a week or so on SM & their website advertising their company & read their 5* reviews. I left Alan a msg asking if he came to our area, he did I called him & we had a good chat making an appt to come to measure up. I’m not sure how much our measurements were out we sent him but he did measure again of course.
From ordering our Shutters to having them fitted today Alan was friendly professional & talked us through what we wanted & kept in touch.
The day of fitting Alan & Keane came & we can’t say how fabulous they look & the quality is exceptional. The Shutters finishes our rooms perfectly. Keane is a lovely young guy cheerful & chatty very professional in his work. They talked us through how the shutters moved etc & the magnetic opening to get to your windows.
They left our house tidy & we are very happy customers. I can’t recommend them enough both truly professional in what they do.
