I received an item which is not working as it was advertised. So, I decided to return it and contacted their customer service team. The representative said they would refund 50% of the purchase price if I keep the product. So, I agreed to keep it as the shipping costs for return to Latvia would cost more than the purchase price. After a week passed, I contacted them again to check the status. The representive said she would check with the team and get abck to me, but no reply for another week.

I agree with most of the review and think this is not a good company to deal with.

This is a total scam. I have never received a heater that I ordered over a month ago. They took my money and no sign of delivering it. They are thieves

Habe vor über einem Mpnat ein Produkt gekauft, das viel komplizierter anzuwenden war, als angepriesen. Wollte es zurücksenden. Habe dreimal eine Mail geschrieben - bis jetzt keine Antwort!

I ordered ONE THERMA ROCKET HEATER and before I knew it I was paying for THREE - emailed them immediately requesting they adjust the order - received generic replies only, that is until they came back stating
'goods in transit' and they advised i refuse delivery. Goods have since been & ive been unable to make contact with anyone re returning goods - so post back as per return address on package at a cost of £17.75
WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND? will let you know.

I didn't ask for these spam emails they just appeared, I keep unsubscribing and unsubscribeing and the just keep sending this rubbish

Ik kocht een product dat absoluut niet deed wat via YouTube beloofd werd. Dus heb ik het aangetekend geretourneerd. Het pakket werd tot vijf keer niet aangenomen door het per chat opgegeven RMA adres.
Vervolgens heb ik 3 keer gemaild en 5 keer gechat. Op mail reageert men helemaal niet. Per chat even, totdat het lastig wordt - dan reageert men niet meer. Mijn conclusie: onbetrouwbare partij op vrijwel alle fronten. Het positieve is dat ik überhaupt een pakketje ontving na de bestelling.

Slecht product gekocht wat mooi werd aangeprezen. Retour mogelijkheden zagen er goed uit maar in werkelijkheid is dit zeer slecht. Retourneren kost serieus geld als het al lukt om contact met ze te leggen. Mijn aanbeveling: niks kopen

Op 2 dec. 2022 2 portable heaters besteld, per stuk 52.24 euro, totaal dus 104.48 euro. Het werd bezorgd op 20 dec. in blauw plastic door GLS, bezorger sprak enkel Engels. Ik heb er één uitgeprobeerd, gaf even warmte en daarna enkel kou. Werkte dus voor geen meter! Goedkope shit! Wilde het terugsturen, maar dat moest in de originele verpakking en in een doos, kostte mij 18,50 euro aan verzendkosten. Nota bene naar Letland. Ze hebben mij eenmalig een e-mail verstuurd dat het erg druk is en dat het geld terugkomt. Maar ik las dat ze ook nog administratiekosten zouden berekenen. Ondertussen ben ik ruim 122 euro kwijt en zit ik nog te wachten op teruggave van mijn geld! Ik hoop dat ik het nog terugkrijg, maar het is waarschijnlijk WISHFULL THINKING! Het liefst geef ik ze 0 sterren of 5 negatieve sterren!! Het programma Radar of Kassa zou dit moeten weten en onderzoeken. Want het zijn SCAMBACKS/OPLICHTERS!! Waar is mijn pakket gebleven en vooral waar blijft mijn geld?

If I could give negative stars, I would do it. This company is a scam. Product never received. Last chat promised product delivery "in a few business days". Today I was promised email status "in a few business days". Hogwash.

Een heater gekocht (54,99)op 10/12 en 1 dag later geannuleerd, maar dit was alleen mogelijk tegen zeer hoge kosten Ca. 30-35 euro. Niet gedaan.
Heb ik dus maar gekeken bij T&Trace blijkt dat deze in Duitsland door DHL ergens was afgeleverd op 10/01/23
Dus niets ontvangen van deze oplichters

2 portable heaters besteld en na een tijdje bezorgt.
Aangesloten en laten draaien, vanaf 20 cm. geen warmte meer te bespeuren.
Waardeloze rotzooi gekocht afgaande een goede advertentie.
Gereageerd per mail bestdealtoday.com en gemeld dat de heaters niet aan mijn verwachting voldeden en ik mijn geld terug wilde hebben.
Een paar keer een reactie gehad met oeverloos geouwehoer.

I placed an order on 7th October 2022 and cancelled it within 7 minutes, having seen the equivalent product at 1/3rd the price. The goods were still dispatched without any communication between customer services and the warehouse
I have sent in excess of a dozen e-mails asking for the goods to be returned with no direct reply except the obligatory 'we'll get back to you within 14 days'. TWO months later still nothing.

STEER CLEAR this company are thieves and scammers. I bought what I thought was a good heater. No I got a relabelled return held in EVRi Maidstone. On opening it discovered it was dangerous 110 Volt not the 240v that is out supply. On contacting them it took a lot of explaining and back and fourth exchanges to get a return address that I was told was in Latvia which will cost more than the heater is worth being as Amazon sell them for £29.00 but the company best deal today Ha Ha charge £49.99 besides being difficult to deal with are also scammers

On 24 October 2022, I was unwise and believed a Google advert for a HeatPal room heater and ordered ONE on standard delivery at a cost of £49.99. Within a minute, I received an e-mail from BestDealToday informing me that I had ordered THREE heaters with express delivery at a cost of £138.99. Thinking this was a mistake, I immediately sent an e-mail reply and asked for this to be changed to one heater with standard delivery as ordered. I had an e-mail back , saying they were very busy and would reply ASAP. Still waiting!!! I then tried to access their chat line, supposedly at bottom right of the page. It did not exist.
Next day, 25th October, I received an e-mail saying “We have dispatched your order…” with the total £138.99 for 3 heaters. I immediately e-mailed back, telling them to cancel the border and refund me the whole amount. I used Trust Pilot to check out the company and found numerous reports of their scams.
On October 31, I received a parcel containing three heaters. On a different website, I found a BestDealToday chat line and asked for a full refund. I was told to use registered post to send the three back to Kadaga in Latvia for the refund (checked the price for this - £15.70!). Research on the internet showed that returned parcels to Latvia were usually lost, or left at Latvian Post Offices. Customers did not get their refund.
I am furious at being duped and advise everyone to avoid this company. Any offers for three duff heaters!!!

I ordered what I thought was a Heat Pal. As soon as I ordered I suspected it was a scam so emailed them to cancel the order. I did this twice. They sent a text the next day to tell me they would let me know when it was dispatched. I replied saying I did not want it. It arrived about a week or so later and did not work. Their chat online did not work. Their returns policy states I have to pay to return it. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered two items, they sent, and billed me for three. Products (fan heaters) were of very poor quality and probably dangerous so I shall not be using them. Since the return address is in Riga I see little chance of a reliable return/refund policy. Please do not buy from "bestdealtoday" because what they offer is anything but a best deal - it is a scam Company.

DO NOT BUY FROM FROM THESE PEOPLE. Complete scam .. Tracking said £50 item delivered by chinese courier at 6pm when it was only 4pm .. impossible!
Contacted customer services and keep getting fobbed off, asked for my money back 3 times now and getting nowhere.
BE WARNED ... STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH

I don't know about the quality of the product yet but unless you are very careful you find you have ordered 3 products instead of the just one you wanted and are paying postage that you should not be liable for. Even if you spot this immediately and notify them you receive an e-mail saying order despatched
