Do not buy velform cover. Thin does not cover not fit for purpose. I contacted the customer service who refused to discuss a refund. The extra three containers that are for face and upper lip are such a small amount you cannot physically get the product out . Go to boots and get a better product for half the price. I will never buy from this company again.very angry with the scam that it covers imperfections
Disappointed in the Product and Service
I had brought X2 Velform Hair Spray Remover from BestDirect. Before buying I spoke to a professional who guaranteed this was one of the best products especially whilst removing the hair as I have tried everything and had given up and was looking for a solution. Considering paying over £40 which was A WASTE OF MY MONEY I am disappointed to say it didn't work at all and left such a bad smell after using this on my body. I was so so shocked being a first customer I would not recommend to buy from BestDirect again and highly recommend everyone before buying do your research properly. I am very unhappy with the communication given to me by BestDirect and also spending alot of money I feel gutted.
Appalling Customer Service
Ordered some sports equipment which arrived and I was unable to assemble due to a faulty part. Called Customer Service who said they would arrange a collection and send a replacement, that was nearly 2 weeks ago! I have emailed and called 3 times and still nothing has been done. I have now lost £200 and have a piece of kit I cannot use. Best Direct are a disgrace and are clearly out to con people.
UPDATE - the item has now been collected (I was not informed a collection had been arranged and just happened to be at home) and a refund has apparently now been issued. UPDATE Refund received 1st March

Diabolical customer support
I have had this experience with this organisation in the past. Exactly the same problem.
They are very poor at customer service and the sales team sell you products that they don’t have in stock but still take your order without checking stock availability.
On the first occasion they sent an email 2 days after the delivery date to say that the item was on back order and they would let us know when it back in and rearrange a delivery slot. The item was a hedge trimmer
6 weeks after the original delivery date they emailed and said it was being delivered to me soon and to contact them to rearrange the delivery unbelievable .
I’ve since ordered a casserole dish paid the extra cost for express delivery and because of my experience noted above I ask the sales team member to check stock. She confirmed there is stock. However having paid the extra fast delivery charge 4 days later despite being told by customer services that it’s been sent to Hermes it’s still not been delivered to the courier and the status at Hermes is they haven’t received into their delivery pipeline.
Totally unacceptable
A note on customer service. They are a complete wast of time the announcement information said the they were open Saturday 10am until 2pm then on second one said the customer services are closed even though I rang them a 10:30 am.
So to summarise
1: they are unethical by selling items they don’t have in stock of and put you on a long back order list.
2: their customer support and service is sadly lacking by offering a customer support service that is I consistently nonexistent and lacking availability
Buy from them yes if you don’t mind dealing with a unethical organisation
The modi operandi is us solely focused on getting as much of your money possible and squeeze as much profit from each customer as humanly possible at the point of contact with their customers,nelongated the delivery schedule as long as they can possibly get away with it or until customers like me complain.
Absolutely crap company untrustworthy unethical.

Today 10th January 2022
The delivery has still not arrived that makes it over 9 days over the date it should of arrive. Below you’ll see that they needed more information before they would comment. This was submitted to them today yet they haven’t even dropped me an email to apologies and assure me they are doing their best to resolve the issue. However the delivery agents still haven’t received it at their distribution depot and the tracking information confirms this. I still maintain they are selling items without having the stock.
Unbelievable shoddy practises Rubbish absolutely rubbish organisation. Boooooo

Eventually the Casserole Cooking dish arrived today. There was no email saying when it was being delivered it was basically dumped on our door step. Once again Best Direct living up to the service we’ve come to expect from this organisation. But the story doesn’t end there. When we opened the package there was no lid. Seriously no lid. It would appear that you have to purchase a casserole dish without a lid and have to purchase it separately unbelievable. I don’t know about you but I’m a trained chef and have never in 35 years of buying kitchen equipment have I never come across a casserole dish that doesn’t come with a lid disgraceful profiteering and misleading. and a misrepresentation of the product.
Upon a more than a glance at the cook pot ( can’t call it a casserole dish because it’s not) we fond a chip on the outside rim.unfortunately before we discovered the damage we’d thrown out the packaging. Based on our experience of trying to communicate with this company it’s unlikely they’ll be sympathetic with our request for a replacement or refund. Our error admitted but but not entirely unexpected based on the saga we’ve experienced with a simple purchase of a cooking pot 😂😂😂😂 😡😡
So finally as we didn’t want any further dealings with the this shameful organisation we’ve had to purchase a lid from a third part supplier and guess what within 24 hours of ordering a lid it’s coming tomorrow.
To summarise. An organisation that is willing to take your money before it had stock an organisation that has little or no customer support, shoddy and dishonest business practices As they say buyers beware

You’ll note that Best Direct haven’t responded to any of my complaint set out above. Therefore one can only conclude that it’s accurate and cannot be be defend or mitigated.
Update Best Direct said below to respond to their contact request. Well Best Direct no such contact request had been received. Again typical.

Bought 2 Starfly Motion Laser Lights…
Bought 2 Starfly Motion Laser Lights One as a gift for a childs bedoom, ok for that purpose.
The second one was for use outside, only problem 1mtr flex !!
Contacted customer service to see if there was an extention cable available, there isn't so I asked if I could return the one I couldn't use only to be told I would have to return the whole order ?
No logic to this as I would have to return both then
reorder one for the childs room, so I'm afraid I just said forget it and hung up.

A waste of money
Honestly I wasn't impressed when I seen this hair remover I thought great it would help me as I struggle with doing my legs couldn't wait for it to arrive yes I thought £40 was expensive but worth it if it done its job tbh I have given 2 stars as the customer service were very good understanding & sorted out the problem I had with my order pretty quickly but as for the product it's self it was useless did not work what so ever & if I hadn't been away on holiday just after it arrived I would have returned it definitely wouldn't buy it again
Update was asked by bestdirect to reply to email sent by trustpilot to forward my details so someone could contact me re above review which I did & guess what no one did now there is a surprise definitely would not buy again & have reduced star rating to 1 as really this is not except able

Delivery was very late
Delivery was very late. The spray painting machine was noisy, hot broken pipe on the very first use of it. Not good at all waste of money.
