When I initially signed up, I input the wrong email address and Ted came to the rescue within minutes, literally! What he didn't know was in that moment I was in a time crunch and so that meant everything to me! I did and inquire on something on my dashboard and once again Ted came through quickly and professionally with details and guidance. I like the personal touch with the customer service.
