The whole process was seamless. I first phoned to speak to them regarding details of what moving would entail (first time hiring a company for a move) and the person I spoke to on the phone was very informative and took time to listen to all of my concerns (albeit some of them being very minor things). On calling back to book a move, the booking process took no time at all, after phoning in the morning, had the move booked in that day.

We'd ordered packing materials from them and they very kindly moved their schedule around in order to accommodate my delivery request for a specific day. The packing materials they provided were excellent quality (the wardrobe boxes were absolutely brilliant) and their recommendation on which bundle was spot on for the amount of things we had.

The day before the move, we got a call confirming the time, and to double check how packing was going if we needed them to bring more boxes.

On the morning of the move, they arrived promptly at 8am, came upstairs (first floor 2 bedroom flat), had a quick look around and got straight to work! Everything was handled so professionally and quickly, they just got on with it! We had packed the majority of the things before they arrived, however they packed the whole kitchen, a big TV, and a few mirrors (fragile items) and all of that including packing the van, took around 2 hours, very speedy!!

We met them at the new property and they unloaded everything and put things exactly where we wanted! The whole process took less than 5 hours!

I cannot recommend this company enough. After moving 3 times before by myself (with friends & hiring a car/van) this was by far the best experience I've ever had and well worth the money. The whole experience was completely stress free with a lot if not all of that being down to the moving company. There was no job too big, no object too heavy, they were brilliant.

If we have to move again I will 100% be using this company and highly recommend them to anyone who is moving.

Ivelin was very helpful and responsive during the quotation process, breaking down the price and even looking up my new flat on Google Images to work out logistics like parking and potentially bringing furniture in through the window.

Evelin and his team transported our son's belongings from north to south London and from the very first telephone contact , through their easy to navigate booking website , to the move itself their service was accommodating , efficient , courteous and friendly . The team arrived promptly , handled everything carefully , liaised with us regularly to ensure that nothing was left behind or removed in error , all for a most reasonable price . We had a great experience!! We moved from a 2 bedroom terraced home in East London to place in Dartford. We made sure to have everything packed and ready to go for when the movers arrived. They were prompt on their arrival time, did a walk thru of the house to get a clear understanding of our move and got to work straight away. The two guys were fast, efficient and carefully and thoughtfully packed the moving truck. They handled our possessions very gently and made sure to secure them in the truck well. Once arriving in Dartford, they unpacked the truck smoothly and placed our items in eachspecific room. Including the drive to Dartford, the whole process only took 4 hours!

If we move again, we will definitely be using Best London Removals! And I highly recommend their services!

This is the best (no pun intended!) removal company I've ever used. They recently handled our move from a 6 bedroom house in London to a 5 bedroom house in Cornwall. They were easy to deal with, very pleasant, highly organised and very hard working. Nothing was broken or damaged in the move and their part of the process happened like clockwork. I cannot rate them highly enough and I would definitely use them again. We found them trouble free and highly professional!

We moved on Wednesday 31st of October from Crystal Palace to Grantham (about 130 miles) , we had arranged for the packing service the afternoon before. They had turned up promptly on Tuesday , packed everything with great care and asked appropriate questions about eventual location and labelled boxes accordingly. Moving day they turned up at 8am loaded and ready to go by 10.30, we all left for Grantham to be there about three including lunch and us picking up the keys from estate agents. We were 30 minutes late they were waiting patiently for us, everything was moved in by 5.15 and we were left to catch our breath and marvel. Philip and Max (for there were only two of them, it just seemed more) had done everything with seeming ease and very good humour, their standard answer seemed to be “No problem” and it wasn’t. We would heartily and readily recommend this company to anyone. I should add that their price was way below their competitors, something in no way reflected in their service.
