Was worried after seeing the negative comments but have had several winners on the horses and withdrew money which is now in my account no problem
Will be using this company regularly in future

Been using BestOdds on and off for the last month or two, thought it was a fairly decent site, with competitive odds and has above average market coverage across most sports.

Today I deposited £100, placed a bet on the masters, and was then just having a spin in the casino...I was kicked out the game and logged out, tried to log back in and my account is labelled as suspended, with a £60 balance and £50 in live bets - no reason given whatsoever, I havent done anything against T&Cs, UK based punter, register on the electoral roll, so KYC shouldnt be an issue. First time ive experienced this from a bookies and can safely say wont be back to using them. Will be fun trying to get my account balance refunded and my bet on the Masters. -_-

This is a pure scam site. They have taken money out of my bank account even though I closed my account months ago. They are pure scum. They never reply to emails and with that I've been in contact with my bank and reported fraud on them. Let's get this site shut down fast. Please guys read the reviews they are a SCAM SITE! These negative comments are wild, signed up no crazy hoops to jump through always do a little withdrawal test deposited 10 withdrew 12 in the bank within 15 minutes.

Truely awful casino, return to player is the worst i've found on any site. I had 2 features out of £400 and they paid out £12 & £22. Play elsewhere and dont believe the good reviews they are fake.

I haven't used the site since the 13th of February 26 and today the 11 march 26 £100 has been taken from my account? What is going on, I can't get in contact with them and can't find a live support 😕

My account is currently closed as I closed it a while back until 14th April yet today several payments totalling £90 was taken from my bank account I have tried to contact support but nobody is responding so my advice is don’t deposit on here or give them your bank card details as they take money from you even when your account is closed

Yeah just been suspended without an email or anything advising the problem. I sadly think reviews on here are right about bad customer service. Win ratio terrible too.

Worst betting website. Do not trust them with your money. Signed up to their free bet offer. Won on my original bet, also won on the free bet they gave me. When I came to cash out my winnings they refused due to me funding and cashing out to the same joint account! They then will stop replying to any contact you make to them. Duplicated a £100 bet 3 times due to a loss of signal. Refused to accept it was a system error. Terrible service. They can keep the money but won't be getting a penny more.
