Apparently your boat was dry docked, unbeknown to your company, which led us to go with another company, that was more expensive. Your help finding this was very much appreciated, however instructions on where to check in were extremely poor & we got rather lost unfortunately.

Wow wow wow ... best tour ever.

I used Best of Hawaii to purchase a tour with Kualoa Ranch. The Transportation was as described and the tour was the 2 hour UTV tour which was a lot of fun. I wanted to find something my husband enjoyed as much as I would and he had a great time driving the UTV, even though we were in a line for the tour. I also purchased the buffet lunch but I would not recommend this to others. The food was ok, but for the price you could get a cooked to order meal from their cafeteria which looked much better. Thank you Best of Hawaii for organizing this tour for a fun day with my husband on our honeymoon.

Buffet was adequate. Only 1 dessert selection, though.

Secret beach would have been better if a huge private company party were not going on at the same time there. Had we known this, we would have opted to change to a different activity.
But the weather was fantastic, as were all the ranch staffers!

I called to inquire what your would be good for my 5 year old son. They were very helpful explaining the difference and length of the tours. Decided for the Jurassic Jungle expedition. Looking forward to the tour.

We had a great night from our collection at the hotel through to our experience on the boat it was a great night. The meal was lovely we had plenty and the drinks were cold.

All employees were doing all their best to make the activity more exceptional! What is best than going to the sunrise of haleakala? Going to the sunrise with best guide! That's why we call it best of Hawaï!

Found a Pearl harbour tour online and booked over the phone through Hawaii tours. The staff member was very helpful and informative and gave me the confidence that I was getting what I wanted. I received excellent email and phone confirmation. The company that I toured with was Hoku tours. They picked me up opposite my hotel right on time. My tour guide was absolutely fantastic and the tour schedule was outstanding. There were so many versions and companies to do a tour of Pearl Harbor with it was overwhelming and yet I am very glad I chose this company.

What an amazing tour with an amazing guide. They took such great care of me.

The representative was very helpful an made my decision on what tours etc do that so much easier.

I haven’t had a chance to call in but I feel like I got scammed. I have already contacted my credit card company and will be calling to speak to someone tomorrow.
