We were the last tour of the day and the staff was happy and joking around with us. We had a great time and would recommend this group to anyone.

It was so easy to book. And the customer service was so good. One of the tours we booked was unfortunately fully booked for the day we wanted. But a phone call all the way from Hawaii (I’m in England) and a very helpful colleague from best of Hawaii she booked an alternative and gave it to us for same price. Why absolutely fantastic service I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them next time we are in Hawaii

We were pleased that we selected a tour that took care of our luggage and transportation at port and to the airport.

Highly recommend this luau, must absolutely be the best on oahu, personal, informative and with a twinkle in the eye. Greetings to the staff who gave us an unforgettable evening.

Made reservations for Kualoa
Ranch to go ziplining& atv driving. However there were no reservations for the 2 activities on the same day.
The gal on the phone was so gracious in helping get our reservations done. She treated us local people so right! Anyways when we couldn't do the atv she recommended the UTV & I think we enjoyed it even more! Making the reservations via the telephone was easy peasy & they were fantastic! Even warned us about the weather conditions!!! Once there all of the staff at the ranch treated us like royalties, taking so very good care of us making sure we were always safe AND having a good time! They looked like they were enjoying themselves also making our experience loke no other! We totally enjoyed ourselves and we are planning to visit the ranch again very soon! Only one drawback and that is they're always fully booked and we need to make our reservations months in advance. I guess that's how enjoyable the experince is and its worth the wait.

Ricardo was so helpful. He talked me through everything and got us exactly what we wanted. I kept losing service and he was very understanding and made sure we got back on the phone and finished the order. I would recommend!

I loved Kualoa Ranch ATV adventure. Came prepared with face guard, can get dirty. Loved the hosts, took pictures/video at a beautiful rest spot. Scenery was absolutely beautiful, mountains with lush greenery was perfect for photos/video. Highly recommend to everyone.

The tour seemed a little overpriced and it was very hard to find out info. Also some if the info was incorrect.

Fantastic experience from being picked up, safety briefing and then the flight. One nervous passenger was totally reassured by staff. Margot the pilot was amazing, giving commentary and inviting questions. In 50 mins we saw a huge part of the island and received loads of information from Margot. I didn't want it to stop so well worth the money. One thing ticked of my bucket list and I cannot recommend it enough. You must do it.

Honestly, could not possibly have been better. Because one of our tour buses was late picking us up from Pearl Harbor, we missed our check-in time. Robert in Customer Service could not have been more friendly and helpful in getting us re-scheduled for the next night, at no additional charge. The night itself was spectacular -- we did the lowest-price version, and I don't know of any way the upper decks could have had it any better -- hospitality/aloha was fantastic, staff was absolutely wonderful, the entertainment was top-notch, and the food was superb. Our waitress, Darcie, was beautiful inside and out. My family and I had a total blast, and regard this sunset dinner cruise to be one of the shining highlights of our trip to Oahu. Mahalo from the bottom of our hearts!

I booked the Star of Honolulu dinner cruise and made a mistake in the booking. I booked 5 people instead of a party of 4. the representative immediately called me back to notify me of my mistake and refund my money for the additional ticket. Once we arrived at the dock it was easy and accommodating to pick up the tickets. my mother was in a wheelchair and was not looking for any special treatment. We were all in line waiting to board when a member came over and escorted my mother up the ramp onto the ship and brought us to our table. The waiter, dinner, and show were all above expectations. I would recommend this experience.

We were on a cruise that had an overnight port in Lahaina. When a call from Honolulu confirmed prior to my cruise, I was told that there was no pickup at the Lahaina cruiseport, but that I could be picked up at Safeway about 10-15 minutes away by car. So I took a taxi to Safeway for $10. The trip to Haleakala to view sunset was only fair because of the clouds, which could not be helped. What was surprising was that there was a pickup and drop off very near the port, less than 5 blocks away. We were dropped off at the port after the trip. I was disappointed that the pickup was at Safeway instead of the nearby hotel where another couple was picked up!

The driver was informative, warm and friendly. He also told us we could have been picked up at the port.
