I recently came back to Bet 365 after a period of self exclusion. I was using the site with no problems putting on bets some won some lost as you do. I ended up reaching my deposit limit that I had set up previously prior to self exclusion. As my financial situation changed and I’m in a position to do so I asked to increase my deposit limit which after a few generic questions it was increased and by a considerable amount too. I continued to use the site with no further problems but from what I could remember from my previous playing days with Bet 365, they did great customer offers and rewards for loyalty. I reached out to customer care because I didn’t have this option on my account and the response i got was due to their commitment to responsible gambling I’m not eligible to the offers, be that the small reward you might be lucky enough to get from time to time please take into account that I was able to increase my deposit limit without any eligibility test been done. So basically their commitment to safer gambling was non existent when requesting a deposit limit increase but any offers on site I’m not eligible for. I was not happy with this response and regretfully I canceled my account. I’m not going to play with a site who will take my hard earned cash no problem but will exclude me from any promotional offers etc.

1. When cashing out with live bets if you do too many they won't let you cash out also I had 2 bets going one cashed out the second one didn't no reason not too Lots of time left I talked to customer service many times at first did nothing then they couldn't give me a reason it didn't work returned my money 2. I have been winning and when I do I withdrawal my winnings and leave a little it goes back to my card I now try to withdrawal my money and it's being rejected at bet365 saying frequency limit I called my bank they said there's no limits for money going in no one at bet 365 has been helping not even the supervisors they banned my account when I said I was going to the regulators when I have a screen shot saying don't close it till I have my money bet 365 will do anything to have the money in your account so you bet and lose vs sending it you

Absolute con, my wife was going to Aintree yesterday, so we opened account,deposited £10 and placed a bet. Today attempt to claim 3x£10 free bets, can’t claim them as her original bet wasn’t 1/5,What a joke and a con to people who aren’t betting savvy. Robin b@@@@@@.

Es un sector delicado el de las apuestas. Y no deja de ser paradójico el despotismo con el que tratan al cliente. Les vales para llevarse tu dinero y, si consigues ganarles con cierta regularidad , te cierran la cuenta.
Y lo peor de todo…. Quieres acceder a sus servicios de ayuda y te llevan a un callejón sin salida en el que no te atenderá absolutamente nadie.

Yea me of the worse took me for 500 on a bengals game that never transpired due to Bills Hamlin dying on the field the game was void no winner or loser. They didn’t care I tried for a month they got my money but not my voice. Only sites as bad Tipico and betonline.

Cash out is a con. Do not deal with this company. They are ok when you are losing but when you start winning they change the rules. BE VERY WARY!
