Worst online casino ever seems have nothing to do with Dama NV group , Live support sometimes never join to chat , sometimes after few hours and for more questions recommended sent email to support which they never respond, lost in few hours over 700 euro, not deposit promotions no cashback no free spins absolute 0 , verification was also big problem after 2-3 days they approve my documents, obviously they don't care nothing, just they waiting for customers lost their money and left the room .

Absolut enttäuschend! Betandplay hat mein Konto dauerhaft gesperrt und mein Guthaben von 300 € einbehalten – angeblich wegen eines Verstoßes gegen die AGB (Doppelaccount).

Fakt ist: Es gab keinen Hinweis, keine Systemwarnung und keine Überprüfung beim Registrieren. Das Casino selbst hat versagt, und jetzt soll ich dafür bestraft werden? Absolut unfair!

Ich habe mehrfach eine Auszahlung verlangt, aber es gibt keine Beweise für die angebliche Verletzung der Regeln. Dieses Vorgehen ist inakzeptabel, untransparent und kundenfeindlich.

Ich kann Betandplay niemandem empfehlen. Finger weg, wenn ihr eure Gewinne auch behalten wollt!

Update: Noch immer keine Antwort des Casinos bezüglich einer Beschwerde E-Mail.

Update 23.12: Es wurde zwar geantwortet hier auf Trustpilot, doch es ist noch immer keine Lösung in Sicht. Ich habe bereits einige E-Mails an den Support geschrieben aber ich werde gekonnt ignoriert. Zumal es nicht meine Absicht war, da ich es nicht wusste, dass ich scheinbar ein Account hatte. Aber es gab auch keinerlei Beweise dafür. Bei CasinoGuru wurde auch zusätzlich Beschwerde bzgl. BetAndPlay eingereicht.

Update 26.12: Die 7 Tage Frist meiner E-Mail sind vorüber, ich habe bereits nochmals eine E-Mail gesendet, keine Antwort bisher. Nächsten Schritte wären sich an die Regulierungsbehörden/CasinoGuru zu wenden.

Update: 05.01: Habe noch immer keine relevante Antwort des Casinos erhalten - CasinoGuru Beschwerde läuft zusätzlich, Curacao eGaming in CC gesetzt bei einer neuen Email mit 1- Tagesfrist.

Update: 06.01: Ich schreibe mit Sicherheit keine privaten Daten hier auf Trustpilot öffentlich, würdet ihr mal Beschwerden via E-Mail abchecken, dann wäre das kein Problem. Der Fall liegt bereits bei Casino Guru, ich bitte BetAndPlay in die Konversation einzusteigen bei CasinoGuru.

Erneute E-Mail wurde auch wieder mal mit verstreichen der Frist ignoriert. Das Casino ist das schlechteste, was ich je gesehen habe, haltet euch fern.

BetAndPlay behauptet, ich hätte 2023 bereits ein Konto gehabt. Daran kann ich mich nicht erinnern. Bei der Registrierung 2025 gab es keinerlei Hinweis oder Systemmeldung dazu. Erst nachdem ich eine Auszahlung beantragt habe, wurde mein Konto wegen angeblichem Doppelaccount gesperrt. Infolgedessen wurden mir 300 € einbehalten zusätzlich meiner Einzahlung von 100€, was ich als ungerechtfertigt und unfair empfinde. Aus meiner Sicht wurde mir hier Geld entzogen, obwohl kein vorsätzlicher Regelverstoß vorlag. Der Fall ist inzwischen bei Casino Guru und wird weiter eskaliert.

Ich bin seit Jahren verifiziert und habe schon viele Auszahlungen gemacht. Diesmal wollte ich 2300 Euro auszahlen. Die Auszahlung wurde abgelehnt. Der Kundenberater im Chat sagte es lag daran das meine Kreditkarte nicht verifiziert ist (ist die aber) und der nächste sagte das es ein interner Fehler ist. Ich werde immer weiter hingehalten! Meine zweite Auszahlung wurde dann auch abgelehnt und ich weiß nicht weiter!
