I've played this casino since 2019. Nothing but problems. I received a promotion via email. From v.i.p hein. This letter stated I was eligible for cash back for the week. First week was fine, second week, they never Even heard of it. Hour and a half wait still no resolution. Don't waste your time or cash at a place that doesn't k ow how to honor their promotions. I tried to have them send a verification email about 6 times within the span of ten minutes so I could withdraw $200. When it didn’t appear in my inbox, I decided I would play a bonus. Little did I know that in order to withdraw ANY money after I started the bonus, I would need to lose that entire bonus first. Problem is, the bonus gets pulled AFTER my actual earned money and in order to get rid of $35.20, it said I needed to spend over $1400!!!! And it doesn’t pull dollar for dollar. If I bet and lost $5, it would only count for about 15 cents.

Had to jump through hoops to get paid 160 bucs well I didn't get it cause they make you go through so much crap just to get verified I sent them pictures of myself my id's my bank cards with me in the picture which made no sense then they come back and say they need more pictures with me and my bank card and Id again and then say my bank isn't compliant which is a huge bank CHASE so I just used up the money and deleted everything screw BIGDOLLARCASINO worst gaming experience I've ever had trying to get 160 bucs lol they are a joke.

I sent them my ID and a selfie with my ID and I sent stills of my ID and I sent my card in the same way but they said it was not good enough so I sent the videos of me with the IDs and 7 more stills of my documents and still won't accept me so it seems to be a scammer casino id be advised!

I have played for several years and never took a withdraw. I had a hit, they make you go through multiple things to "verify" who you are, then paid me for the first time. A short while after that, I hit a jackpot for $57,000. I withdrew only $4,940. They dropped that to $1,000, saying I used a bonus and then they took $52,000 out of my account!!! However, once I got to a point where they needed to pay out well everything changed. First I did live chat and the representative didn't understand why the withdrawal was canceled and gave me a phone number to call, which I did and speaking to a nice gentleman he too did not understand why the withdrawal was canceled. Needless to say after a few weeks of trying to fight the fight I simply said I would not be coming back and maybe a few other things.
