Literally theives, looking at legal options to get my money back

Locked my account just before I won an accumulator bet worth £150. I can't access my account at all! They literally stole my money!
And they have the audacity to say -
7.3. Betboro reserves the right to restrict or remove your access to the Services and/or to refuse the registration of any individual for any reason, at its sole discretion.
SO if you lose a bet, and don't wanna payout, you just lock the account.
Please don't trust them with even £0.01

Your account is restricted and you cannot use our services anymore but what you are claiming is not true. The funds are yours and you can request a withdrawal at any time. There is no any restriction to your funds.

This betting site doesn't want to give u ur winning i deposited 100Euros i won 1200Euros but they keep asking for documents which i already sent them 20 times , and after sending many email now i can't even login to my account ,, rubbish , i will take them to court they will definitely pay 10times more for what they did to me , this is europe u can't take the money and close my account

Ignoring messages and no payout

I have uploaded all documents 15days ago, and guy on chat says they cant see documents and tells to send them via mail which I did 5 days ago. Now he says they dont have my email so I did send it again, and he disabled and closed chat, with no explanation at all. Withdrawal status is not processed, and noone is responding to anything. Unbeliveable..

Not worth the hassle. Steer Clear

Not worth it.

I was warned about Betboro but thought I'd give them ago. I regret signing up to this terrible company. I waited about 7 days for my withdrawals and when it finally arrived in my account I was underpaid. They're withdrawal processes are awful. They avoid granting your withdrawals by all means and when you contact customer service they tell you to be patient.

Most other betting companies take 3-5 working days to process your withdrawal request. Betboro are a disgrace and inadequate company who are unable to process withdrawals. An absolute joke of a company!!

Please steer clear and do not make the mistake I made!!!

Didn't even manage to open my account!!

Sent off documents to verify my account, waited 2 weeks with no contact and went on live chat. My account had been refused at their discretion. Pathetic company.

why have u not replied to my last review I wrote the same as my previous?

still, after providing a 2 year bank statement to these fools, they know rejected the card I said was expired and couldn't process my withdrawal, when I went on live chat, the lady told me it was accepted I can withdraw you will have no problems NOW.

are you people embarrassed and ashamed of how u treat customers? dont u find it embarrassing LOL. I thought you would have some class but still I am in this situation.

why is that? I'll post the live chat on here so you guys can see what these people are like

Disgusting company

Disgusting company, I deposited money and then they've locked my account with over £100 in there!! Went on live chat and they just say they've 'passed it on' WHAT ON EARTH?! Absolutely vile cesspit of a company AVOID

endless verification process

I made a deposit and made a bet. But unable to make a withdrawal of EUR 644. I has been one month since i sent first docs for verification. The only reponse is that i should wait for additional checks which will take another month.
I have not this bad experience with other bookie.
My username cvalouch if you Betboro want to answer me here - I would appriciate that.

They start to fighting with you
They just stolen your money be careful

Signed up, was told I needed to upload documents before deposit... so I uploaded documents. Naturally I have to wait up to 24hours for these to be verified. Next day I am trying to make a deposit and it keeps refusing saying I aren’t verified. Okay that’s fine I’ll wait a bit longer, until it eventually allows me to deposit £50 (takes me to a secure page to enter bank details) I load the web page back up and there’s no money in my account? I contact customer services and they tell me I’m not verified so can’t of made a deposit? My bank is telling me I have £50 pending to them yet they are saying they haven’t received it, nor have is it in my account. So I contact my bank and yes, the money has been taken out! The customer service told me I was lying about making a deposit, he said I very much doubt that! It’s been 26 hours, my documents have not been verified and I’m still waiting to see what the hell is going to happen to my £50!!!

Of course, shockingly didn't win anything with mostly dead spins. How is that legal? Will be seeking advice from gambling commission.

Worst betting firm out there - and that’s saying something

Terrible! Really please do avoid this company. There are so many betting firms out there so why choose this one?
They don’t make promotions clear and then send an email 2 days later telling you they didn’t make it clear (their mistake) so will not honour their terms of te promotion.
Of you try to go on to live chat they are never online and so they make you send an email that they never bother responding to.

Rude customer service agents

They offer a promotion where you get a refund if your bet loses on the tennis. I could not find the markets that were eligible (because they don't exist) so I went on live chat to enquire about it. The live chat agent found one eligible market in one game out of 30 games and told me I hadn't read the offer properly and then ended the chat. Absolutely the worst customer service and betting experience I have ever had.
