What a Micky Mouse outfit of a betting platform this is. So inferior and dull. Pretty sure it's a kindy outfit behind the scenes. Terrible odds, no Not enough technical features, very slow returns, JUST POOR overall. No where near BET365.. miles and miles off the Mark fellas..

Showed my balance as $0 when I should have had funds in there. Contacted them and they said there was any error so they put the money back in. Super dodgy!!

Betcha NZ twice displayed wrong live scores while I was betting. When challenged, they said I should have checked elsewhere. Just a heads up to double-check scores before betting

After signing up initially, the account would not work due to an ID issue. So being a TAB customer for many years I decided to just stick with my current betting agency (TAB) - several weeks went by and I received an email offering $50 credit (to place a bet with) if I went back and confirmed my identity, so I did it (done online using my driver's license) and received a $50 credit and off I went. Well, I won 3 bets in a row, and my account was showing $161.00! Fantastic - this was over the weekend, so on Monday morning I went online to have my winnings transferred to my account. After entering my details and being told my account was "incorrect" (which it wasn't) so i called and was asked a few times if the bank account was mine, I confirmed - then I was told I would need to send "proof of my account" to them before they can transfer money. Did that - and no response. It's clear I will not likely get "my winnings" and to tell the truth, I don't feel waiting days to prove myself to them in the hope they may transfer my winnings is good behavior or customer service. I asked about closing the account down, and was informed I would need to complete a form etc etc. I feel like an idiot, provided bank statement to these people, even trans a small sum over form my debit card to see if they would then refund onto that card. No, that can't be done either. If you do sign-up be sure to confirm verbally, how and when you will get your payout before transferring and betting with them, as they have no offices or outlets you have no choice but to walk away. Fair enough - they won, but I would really like the account to be closed and to never be contacted by them again - can't have either of those options either. If you are already with TAB I would advise staying with them, they payout pretty quickly online and you can go to one of their outlets if you need to confirm your ID (and just take your winnings out!)

Mud. Terrible app. The multi's dont add up. Eg. If you had a $20 multi and you added a selection for $5, you would think the payout would be $100/$1... not so. These guys are crooks and the sports betting monopoly is sh*t. Do not recommend

Same as tab same company bunch of losers I actually won a bet on a horse race which was paying 23.00 I put 50$ on it and it won they horse they say was not supposed to be in the race and taken of list really scammers don’t bet here even if u win they take it from u why New Zealand 🇳🇿 betting is going out of business because of these clowns 🤡 betcha

Withdrawals have always hit my bank account within a day, the website is easy to nsvigate, has the information I need. Happy with the product from the TAB.

How many betters know that betcha and the tab have a "No loss wagering proposition" this includes placing bets on all likely outcomes of an event equal or zero margin bets and hedge betting.
Bonus cash wagered in this manner will be considered "irregular bets' and may be canceled and forfeited at betcha's discretion.
I put on a bonus cash bet on match betting for the favored team then put on a bet from my own account money on the outsider team.
The outsider team won which was paid into my account then 2 days later I get this message.
We wish to inform you that your bet placed on NewZealand vs Pakistan has been canceled in relation to ' no loss wagering" see extract below
Both the bonus bet and my bet were canceled and I lost the money I won on the Pakistan bet

I have emailed betcha about this so far have had nothing back from them.

Betcha is absolutely fruad betting market. They want to loose your money. I have recently won some good money and they blocked me from online betting. Please be aware of this company as they want you to loose money and keep you account active.

They are currently withholding over $700 on a pending bet that i have won And have Abruptly Locked my account Midway through a live chat to sort it out. Cowards have had to email them and awaiting legal action pending on their reply . Not Recommended. Dissapointing for a local NZ Bookies trust Bet 365 more.

I mean its alright, would be better they weren't doing deductions to multis etc..

Nz Sports bookie exactly the same offerings as the tab but with a layout I like a little more. Easy to navigate and every sport bets I'd want. Especially the UFC and boxing.
