The customer service these guys have is amazing always responding in a timely manner and answering all your problems and did I mentioned the games they offer make it that much better unlimited fun here !

So I've joined just about every Sweeps Site available in my area, from Chumba to Zula, and I can honestly say this site is up there with the best of them. They offer a $2(PBR) sign up bonus with no strings attached that allows you to check out the amazing selection of Slots from all the top Providers, including but not limited to, PragmaticPlay and Hacksaw (my all time favorite). The sites UI is very user friendly and easy to navigate. BetCoin also has so pretty decent bonus packages to help increase chances of winning big. Can't wait to see how swiftly they pay out redemptions. Lastly, their customer service is one of the best I've seen, with almost immediate response times. The site itself even has a live chat for all the users. 5/5 Stars goes to BetCoin.Social.

well the thing is that i was registered and made a small deposit. made 3 small bets after that founded that cannot log in the chat was very very rude.

so there is no need to even try to register here (((
it is a pity that this un-company requires any additional info. i told everything. because if i will write bad words.. they will send this review in offline section. no any words i will say to betcoins representatives. they know who they are.
the only slanderer here is betcoin. other people will get this experience((

I’ve just recently created a betcoin account and customer support has been amazing and the site it’s self has a variety of games

I'm new to Betcoin, but have played many of the sweepstakes casinos and have to say Betcoin has quickly made it to my top 3 pick. Lots of games, quick customer assistance, great bonus offers! Love! ❤️❤️❤️

I have just started playing...
But I have been around the block with sweepstake casinos and the like. This platform is well made and has some of the best slots to offer. I can definitely see myself exploring it further and making multiple purchases to really give it a shot, but from what I see so far, it looks very promising. My old mild complaint would be the search bar is somewhat hard to locate and should either have its own icon at the top of the page or a search bar placed towards the top.

Great app, great customer service and really fun games.

Great customer service

Good amount of games, fun, seems fair

Betcoin is the social casino to be at! With great games, Quick and helpful support as well!!

Absolutely loved it the gaming enviroment is incredible!!!!!

so far so good, but have not experienced chat support or run into any issues yet. Signed up about 20 minutes ago/

they site is very easy to use. the games are amazing. they have my favorite game which is jumbo joker. the support team was amazing and very helpful

Betcoin seems to be fairly new to the sweeps world, signing up was a breeze. the platform is a little different to navigate then what i am used to and some of the games don't work yet but that's not an issue. there are games on there that i have not seen anywhere else before, so that is kind of exciting. you do have to reach out to customer service in order to get your welcome bonus, however, they are readily available and eager to help. haven't tried depositing or withdrawing yet so i cannot speak on those features, but as long as their customer service is as easy to reach as they are, it shouldnt be an issue. keep spinning n keep winning!!

Great customer service and fast response

So far, so good.

Steven was awesome and very helpful. Love the sites userface, and game selection.
