Steal money from you be warned they won't accept bank statements for wealth verification they make excuses up but yet they have taken your money but won't let you withdraw it again absolute thieving scum.

Quiero advertir a otros jugadores sobre las prácticas de Betmaster. Mi experiencia fue muy frustrante: después de ganar de forma legítima y tener mi cuenta verificada, el casino comenzó a poner trabas innecesarias y a retrasar el proceso de retiro sin una explicación clara.
​Es evidente que utilizan una táctica de 'desgaste', demorando los pagos durante días con la esperanza de que el jugador se desespere y termine jugando (y perdiendo) el saldo ganado. Es una práctica de juego poco ética que se aprovecha de la psicología del usuario. Si buscas un casino que respete tus retiros y tiempos, evita este sitio. Su licencia de Curazao no ofrece una protección real al jugador frente a estos abusos.

Realicé depósitos por un total de $22,259 pesos a la plataforma Betmaster México. Después de unos días de juego normal, bloquearon mi cuenta sin previo aviso, acusándome de tener “multicuentas” y realizar “actividad sospechosa”, sin mostrar ninguna prueba y sin ofrecer forma de defensa.

Nunca gané dinero extra, ni cobré bonos. Todo el saldo retenido corresponde exclusivamente a mis propios depósitos.

He solicitado el reembolso en múltiples ocasiones y solo recibo respuestas automatizadas. Ante esta negativa, ya presenté denuncias ante la Policía Cibernética, PROFECO, SEGOB (Juegos y Sorteos), y el Ministerio Público.

No recomiendo esta plataforma. No es confiable, no hay garantías para el usuario y se niegan a devolver fondos legítimos.

I have today had issues withdrawing my 1k and after reading most of the reviews I was sceptical if I would ever get it. I had a issue my withdrawal went back to my account on the site so I contacted customer service.I was told to wait and finance will check it out.2 hours later a email saying you can use trustly to withdraw your money that will work.Still sceptical but sure as she said I done the transfer and it went straight in my bank.This isn't my first withdrawal either just the first I had a issue with.so customer service Daniela who sorted it for me thank you 5 stars from me great site

Absolutley terrible. Made 2 withdrawals 1hour apart from each other. First one took 11hours the second has apparently been processed and am still waiting 24hours on. Going back to a faster payments bank and debit card and still nothing. Worst withdrawals I have ever witnessed and live chat just fob you off with excuses baring in mind two withdrawals were one hour apart but yet am still waiting almost 24hours on and 13hours after receiving my first one.

They are using ai to define bet sizes. It has taken me 2 months to rollover the required 1x rollover demand of deposit, because the ai puty stake limits very low. The customer support doesn't answer messages.

I have to say I have no issues at all, first two wins paid out immediately, quickest any bookie has ever paid me out, it was instant. Then I won a few more bets and withdrew and checked my bank and money wasn’t in, I preempted the question and did the verification process and monies have followed within a couple of hours.

My bank approved this transaction but when on betmaster it showed 0
I contacted support and sent a screen shot of my transaction. They said leave it with them and should be sorted soon. This was days ago and went to log in again it's saying I need to send in verification for my account. My balance is still showing zero so out of pocket of £50

Sadly this company is outstanding at making an online casino experience ,Awful, like so many before me I fell foul off their demands for documentation to make a withdrawal even though I was winning , do think it was because off that surely not.
They have all my details now so will have to watch out for scamming , pity because initially there speed off withdrawals was impressive

I must be lucky. I deposited and my deposit didn’t credit right away so came to check Trustpilot while talking to live chat, I panicked, but live chat were great and it was in my account in minutes, anyway I proceeded to play and won £200, I went to withdraw and thought here we go but no, money was in my account as soon as I tapped withdraw, I use trustly as a deposit and withdrawal method. 10/10 casino

Awful casino as others have said ! Please avoid they will let you keep making deposits and then ask for verification documents which they will keep rejecting and asking for additional documents you won’t get paid any winnings as they don’t verify you draining experience not a genuine site and the customer service chat hosts are not helpful I gave up in the end and asked them to just delete the account after sending in many documents including drivers licence bank statement wageslip proof of Apple Pay deposits and utility bill and all this wasn’t enough for them ! There are lots of genuine sites but this isn’t one of them please avoid !

Once i deposited money further ahead- COMPLETELY Blocked me and did not allow me to play neither withdraw my funds.
Asking for details- sent evrrything- only answers are they are working on it!
They took money within seconds but working on it for days now.

Your entire platform reeks of desperation and cheap tactics. It's laughable—and insulting—that you'd expect players to just accept this.

Sort your mess out, or don’t expect people to stick around. This is one of the worst betting experiences I’ve had, and it’s getting worse by the day.

I sent all my documents to them to release my withdrawal and they didn't release it, they claim that a supposed account tried to make a deposit on the platform and I should have a statement from that supposed account, I don't know about this supposed account and there is no way for me to send its document. I sent the statement of the account into which I made all the deposits normally!
