I spent lots into the slots and got no big win back. I also tried to play other slots but they don't load up at all. It's a very frustrating game site. Nothing to offer but grieve upon grieve. They should be sued for causing emotional turmoil. Games don't load up. Suck up your money. I paid 2.00 a shot into a slot game and only gave back 40 cents or a 1.00 per shot. It's a loser site. Stay away.

STAY AWAY, LOSERS ONLY SITE
STAY AWAY, LOSERS ONLY SITE
Deposit thounsands, lost all of it, deposited more money and finally won my losses back.. another couple weeks go by and I win a couple thounsand in sports and then, RESTRICTED BETTING. These guys only let you bet $20 - $100 max if you win a few too many games. Complete scam of a company, stay away from sportsbooks that ban or restrict you from betting because you aren't always losing. Terrible company, will make sure never to stay at their Hotel again. Bye Bye MGM!

Forget about betmgm in Ontario...
I was born and raised and have lived my entire life in Canada... so I have never had need of a residency card or "national" ID.
And I never travel so I have no need for a passport.
If you do not own at least one of these documents you will not be allowed to play on mgmbet in Ontario.
OLG accepts my Ontario photo ID and their parent company licenses all the new online casinos in Ontario.
PlayOJO accepts my Ontario ID.
Just wanted to warn you not to waste your time with mgm because their customer service will not help at all and will simply parrot back the information they have and it is of no use to anyone.

Not good so far.....
Same experience as the first reviewer, I have played the same games on other sites and definately deposited less on those sites and won decent pots, the same slits here don't pay the same. I won't recommend this app to anyone based on low payouts and glitchy play.
Pt2. I have deposited $1400 in a 4 week period, played at different values, tried different games....you will not win on this site. Try Party Casino or OJO much better RTP, MGM is a rip-off and totally rigged in the casinos favour. Closing my account today and adding then to my not recommended list

Website very slow, games are nice but the rtp for the slots very low, dont even expect to win there.after depositing 6 times i won nothing, and slots are sucking the money very quick.i got bonus free spins with 2 cad bet,at the end of free spins i won 2 cad,so you judge how bad the rtp slots ratio.Over all terrible experience.
