Straight grubs who took 450 from my bettering app not authorised and when called they up to tell the app is glitching and doing 150 dollars bets on its own they said it’s me lol. Happened 3 times in a row with no support and when got upset about it they blocked my account with credit in it

Betr is a huge scam. They don't even have a proper system to verify your eligibility to even gamble. They make you submit documents through email. Thats not even the bad part, because they only ask you to verify your age etc after... you try and withdraw. So you could simply sign up, deposit $1000 and not even be able to withdraw you funds without your account being locked. They lock your account and make you wait up to "48hrs" to get verified. Stay away because its a huge scam and a load of bs. It should simply be shut down due to the huge scam they are running and 'know' they are running.

Straight out dishonest betting agency. They offer promos but the tokens don’t appear in your account. You put the bet on without realising then find out you need a token which they should have provided. Customer service are rude and offensive and offer anything but customer service. STAY AWAY from this agency they are dishonest.

Only joined a week ago and been given run around with withdrawal $500 which I first deposited,wanted bank statements and still not satisfied,they are low life's to put it mildly,how can this outfit be allowed to swindle and get away with it.

Not sure why so much negative 1 stars . Been with them before for they changed there name . People moaning who over seas ,get skype . Theve been awesome to me . Gave me a few nice bonus bets. Lost a fair bit but that was on me lol . If u phone them there helpful .

Betr customer services are a joke. So many times have I emailed them regarding bets, deposits and bonus incentives and have don't reply except sometimes to say call the 1800 number. I am an overseas customer and when I tell them I need an international number to call them on they don't reply. I don't know how they stay in business with there arrogant customer service staff that don't value good customers.

I put money on a very easy parlay and within 10 minutes betr changed the odds for the parlay before the game started so it voided my bet and then they just stole my money I put on the bet. Customer service was no help.

joined 10 days ago have not been able too talk to anyone 8 emails to customer service and customer complaints no answer all you get is Campbells voice message. most sporting options are pathetic limited options took me on Saturday 90 minutes to get a bonus on a race should have been available by the start of the next race in that state. live chat is for dhs only tried once and it could not answer my question.useless
