The quality of these harnesses are great! Honestly for the price of my order i wasnt expecting the amazing quality They don't make my dogs uncomfortable even if they wear them all day. I definitely would recommend this brand!

I have a puggle (Roscoe) who just 3…

I have a puggle (Roscoe) who just 3 years old. He is a small dog but when ever we went for a walk he always pulled like he was a husky. The day we received the no pull harness and leash we went for our walk, the one we go on every day, and he did not pull at all. It was the most enjoyable walk we have ever had. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone. He also receive a small frisbee in the order and he loves that too.

Scam Company with terrible customer service

First the size guide is incorrect. While they did not want to exchange or refund since it was used, they didn’t respond for a while until my bank became involved. Then once the dispute was cancelled for them to honor their refund policy that’s also on their website, they are finding ways to withhold my money after providing proof to them time and time again. I would not recommend purchasing from a company of such now or in the future. I actually hope the BBB shuts them down for scamming. There’s other companies with the same product, spend more for a more trusting company. For anyone who wants the image from their website go to their facebook page and see my post on their reviews. They are REQUIRED to refund you within 90 days and I would suggest getting your bank involved to get their attention if needed.

Zero customer service and scamming money as a result

They sent me the wrong harness (standard instead of the premium I paid for).
They refuse to rectify the issue and will not reply to communication sent to try amicably resolve the issue. It has now been a month without resolution.
They expect me to pay to ship back their mistake, and they ignore emails.
They do not comply with consumer law, and are profiting from it.

Foster dog loved!

my foster dog loved how easy the harness was to put on. super comfy and helps to redirect well! will be repurchasing another for my dogs for sure

NO customer service. Cannot contact them

I ordered two sets of harnesses and leashes for my two dogs. When I received them (untimely) I tried them on my dogs and they did not fit. I attempted to email the company and my email was not sent, saying it resembled spam. I tried several times, even using AI to correct the “spam appearance issue”. Then an email from Emily herself saying that I should have received my items and how were they working out. I again attempted to reply to her email and the same “spam”issue occurred. After that I switched email accounts and was finally able to get an email sent. About two weeks after that I received a response from the company that the return window had closed. Basically I was out of luck. DO NOT do business with this company. They are unreliable. My items will go in the trash, as I am unable to use them!

The harness is great

The harness is great, my pup appreciates the better structure and comfort of the harness. It’s a great fit.

Scam! They just make it in the shipping!

It is a scam regarding the 100% free harness. They say that you must pay for shipping which is around $15. I do not have a problem with that but when I went to order 3 harnesses that would all go to the same address the shipping rate was then tripled. Obviously all harnesses would fit in the same small package and would be shipped together so to be charged triple pretty much tells me that's your actually paying $15 a harness and they're trying to attract people with false claims.

Not what I expected

Not what I expected. I ordered a no pull harness and the one I got only has a ring connection on the top. I was expecting fittings on the front, under the dogs chin, or at the side. Instead I got an additional Velcro strip with a connecting ring on it, which can be attached on the side. However I am not confident using this as it could pull off my very strong reactive dog when he makes a sudden run for it. So I don't think the product is as described.

This company advertised a "free no pull…

This company advertised a "free no pull harness" as long as you paid $4.99 shipping. I ordered the size needed agreed to pay $4.99 but once I hit the pay button to order the shipping price became $24.94! Apparently the $4.99 price was special handling charge which did not include regular shipping charge. I attempted to cancel and was unable. Returns don't include shipping or special handling charges plus I'd pay for return.
When product finally arrived it was not a "no pull harness"....harness only had 1 D-ring not two as advertised.
This place is an absolute scam.

Please be advised that the $4.99 charge is for optional shipping protection, while the harness itself is indeed $0 as advertised; however, as a business, we do require a separate shipping fee to cover the costs of delivering the item to your address.

Regarding the harness design, our model features one D-ring, and it appears there may have been a misunderstanding involving the O-ring on the unit.

Upon reviewing the photos you sent to our team, we recognized the issue with your specific item and have already offered a replacement D-ring to make this right.

Agree with the other review

Agree with the other review, within 5 minutes of mistakenly ordering a harness, was meant to order from Pawsey, I requested a cancellation of my order, no response after sending 15 emails, however I received marketing emails and emails about the details of my order. Not reputable business, beware.

Customer service is lacking

I order a free harness, mystery box and my pets name fr the harness. After I got them to taker off the premium products they make you go through when ordering. I never heard back with regard to my original order. I pretty much lost count of the emails sent to them regarding where my order is, i did get one response and they blames it on the “overwhelming” demand for the product. According the to tracking number there has been no movement on my order. I will be a month soon that i placed this order and once it hits that make i will attempt to cancel the order. Very disappointing. Will never order or recommend this company again.

Hi Barbara, we sincerely understand your frustrations and apologize for the lack of clear communication regarding your order. After checking your details, we can confirm that your request to remove the premium items was processed and refunded on March 14.

This left only the custom name patch and shipping fee active on your account; however, our investigation into the lack of movement shows that this remaining package was unfortunately lost in transit.

We certainly do not want to inconvenience you further by making you wait for a reshipment, so we have cancelled the order and issued a full refund for the remaining balance.
