We had order 14 boxes of tiles over a two year period. On Christmas we ordered two more boxes and found the tiles were slitelt different in size and the old tiles had trouble connecting to the new ones. Wrote an email to there customers service team, they responded back after 2 weeks and then they never responded back. Unfortunate because we had spent quite a bit of money out fitting the entire basement. Got half way and seems like we will need to switch to a different brand.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I purchased a very expensive product (Better Hockey Extreme Game Changer) that was first severely delayed, and when it finally arrived it was broken. Fixing the issue has taken weeks, with no responses to my emails and their phone line switched off. The customer service is simply terrible – no updates, no accountability, no support. Avoid this company unless you want endless frustration.

Ok produkter men extremt dåligt och anklagande bemötande när man vänder sig till som i efterhand. Se till att inte ha problem när du vänder dig till detta företag.
