Need Better Website Toold
BP community is good. However maintaining a website is challenging. Tools are archaic. Very difficult to maintain a professional website with BP. Looking to move my content as soon as I can.
The material is delivered in a adolesent way
The material is delivered in a way that it is too conversational. With example photos that are less than inspiring it is hard to take the material serious. There are much better photos in the gallery submitted by other members. There are some very good presentations on Youtube that will improve your skills.
I love Betterphoto
I love Betterphoto, the contest and the members of it. I have many friends and I enjoy beautiful photographies every day. I have had also the opportunity to learn new techniques and tips to take better images by taking several courses. Thank you Betterphoto!!!
I've had a website with BetterPhoto for…
I've had a website with BetterPhoto for over twenty years.. When renewing my website I inadvertently keyed in the wrong website type. I immediately emailed BetterPhoto and asked for help. They replied a couple of weeks later that they were on it. That was almost a year ago. They no longer even reply to my queries...

I have been with BP a very long time
I have been with BP a very long time, if I didn't like it I would have left a very long time ago. My criticism is for the new influx of photos with "sentiments" like they are memes. I get LOTS of emails with Landscapes. Every time I look they are getting some kind of award. Where is equal time for Portraits and such.... BTW I am still waiting for a response to my question

The experience has been awful
The experience has been awful - I paid $169 for a silver upgrade which includes a website - and got NOTHING. No website, no gallery, no nothing. So to date - I have nothing. I contacted BetterPhoto and no response at least not yet. Upset and disappointed - the promise was that I would have the website and gallery in two days or less - it’s 11 days and counting. Not happy at all.
Update: No gallery, No website No NOTHING - so still to date got nothing - second promise to have the website and gallery and again got nothing - they even asked for more money for a classic gallery that it says online is included in the price I paid of $169.

Not as happy with quality
I find that when I upload photos they are not the same colour consistency as uploading to Facebook or Instagram. They are true colour on my computer but look dull or muted on BetterPhoto.
I don't get the email communications…
I don't get the email communications that I've signed up for. I also haven't gotten on-site notifications in YEARS! Those cost a couple of stars. Tech support has been unable to solve either problem.
It seemed routine as usual.
A New Beginning
A few years ago I became sick. I had been enjoying Betterphoto for years and during my illness I kept my site and continued to receive emails. Finally I am ready to start my photography again. Thanks BP for helping me.
Communication is not good.
It was fast and easy
It was fast and easy. I had only to type my credit card numbers and it was immediately accepted. I received a mail with the details of the purchase and the following day my photo gallery was renewed
