Chamonix Skin Care Avis 

I somehow have ended up with a VERY pricey subscription. I cannot seem to get it stopped!

I still cannot figure out how to use those happy points! Why can't they just be part of checking out? And if they already are, why don't I find them?

This product works great! I was at the wrong place at the wrong time four years ago and received a badly bruised up eye. Everytime I looked into the mirror I would see a bag underneath my left eye. It seemed to be getting worse. I heard the about Genucel from talk radio and thought well may as well try it. Since I started using this product about three weeks ago the "water bag" is slimming down back to where it should be. I am not as embarrassed to look in the mirror anymore. Thanks so much for the great research in you product!

Someone or Chamonix’s algorithm erased my online account.
Somehow, while I was going back and force of my order items and shopping site, I was kicked out of my online webpage. When I tried to sign back in, neither my email address I used, j nor my password.
Even when I did what the instruction said, use my phone number as password if I want to change my password, it checked if I were a human and then sent me back to sign in site and throw me back to check to see if I were a human and again back to sign in site.

So I am not sure if I should continue on website shopping or not. Without getting my own account online, I am afraid I can’t shop at Chamonix.

The website has improved dramatically. I can click on items to view products and descriptions without them automatically being added to my cart. And I can remove items from my cart if I choose to.

looks like the ingredients have changed on the genucel since last order- now Guarana extract instead of Maritime Collagen?

I have heard about your product on Sean Hannity’s program for years and finally decided to give it a try.
The order experience was easy.

I've been using chamonix skin care for over a year now and have seen really good results in the firmness on my eyelids. My eyelids were starting to become crepey when I put on eye shadow and the chamonix eyelid cream has firmed them back up. I love the whole line of skin care and use it twice a day. The customer service people are also very helpful and efficient.

Products are good, but the customer experience on your website is very poor. Tried to use the FEB23-1 code from the mailer, which didn't work and the code for customer appreciation FEB23-30 didn't work either. Also, I have ordered multiple times from Chamonix at significant cost and points earned always are ZERO.

Where is the package offer advertised on the Sean Hannity shoe/talk radio??

I was skeptical that Chamonix products were as good as what was mentioned on the radio with Hannedy, Laura, Travis & Buck. Still, I tried it, and I have recommended it to so many women and men that want to have a youthful look. I will be 74 in March but people think I am in my 50s. Thank you.

I love the Chamonix/Genucel products BUT, I do not understand the subscription ordering process. I placed an order and received it not too long ago. There were products missing and that had been substituted. Then I tried to use my "happy points" but they did not apply and bc I "claimed" them, I lost them. I keep meaning to call one of the consultants but I work long swing shifts with little time off and forget. The process is NOT cut and dry that is for certian. But like I said, above I LOVE the products!!

Just received my Valentine kit and already loving it I bought more products for areas that need extra help with maturing skin. My favorite so far is the eyelid treatment.

Love the discounts and easy to order. What it didn't like is that you state that if you continue to make another purchase you will receive 30% off on all orders. Well, when I got to the check out not only did it charge me 20.40 ( when the item was original 18.00 ), a bit twisted, if you ask me. Needless to say, i didn't order that product, even though I really wanted to try it. PRIMER

I had heard about these skin care products and kept meaning to try them. I finally did. I must admit initially I was not seeing results and was skeptical as to whether I would. After using now as directed for a month, I do see improved results. One suggestion is to wait a few weeks to illicit a review so you have more accurate feedback on user’s results.

I started noticing that my skin was getting more smooth not long after I started using a few products. The bag under my eyes wern't as noticeable as well as some bumps on my cace have gotten smaller.

Ordering the product was simple, but I was unable to use my rewards points even though 100 were deducted from my account.
