5 stars all around. I hired a different company a few years back to resolve my tax issues and all they did was keep asking me for paperwork and nothing ever got accomplished within a years time. Better Tax Relief and associates Alex and Colin have been very professional, thorough, and very helpful. I have the utmost confidence that my tax issues will get resolved very soon. I’m very happy with the service so far and I look forward to a fair resolution with the IRS. So far so good!

So far so good I have had the opportunity to work with Anthony S. Very transparent as well as clear and patient with advice. Really felt i was being cared for. Now just waiting on the next steps.

This company is full of delays, they are not easy to reach over the phone, and they aren't organized enough internally to stay on the same page with each other. They send me emails with old status, requests. I feel I got duped. They sold their services with the false impression they would quickly handle my case. Their delays are causing hold up on matters I need to get done that can't happen until after my tax issues are resolved. I am sorely disappointed and have no hope in timing at this point. They are overly booked with clients-dont sign up with them as you will just be a number in a lottery pool.

Danny Delva has made this process so much better for me. He places the “better” in the title “Better Tax Relief” I find it difficult to reach others but Danny is reachable or he will always return my call, and his assistance is top notch. He was my first line of contact and he continues to be a source of comfort during this trying time of resolving tax debt. I’m very pleased with Danny and will always turn to him in my times of distress over my tax issues.

You request. $495 yo take care of getting me into a program of payment to the irs. Then you did nothing !! I have requested a refund for lack of agreed upon services. I reported a claim to better business bureau, and to consumer affairs. Your company needs to be shut down if you can’t do your job. Refund my money and I will stop contacting all the agencies that you are accountable to.

Paid my money back in January and it is June and they did nothing for me. What a scam and waste of money.
