The ketamine and support team has helped exceed my expectations. It has helped me mitigate my depression, restless leg syndrome, drinking alcohol, and become more focused.

Very professional and caring organization with very good therapists and counselors. The sessions were definitely a trip but I did not notice any Improvement in my anxiety and depression. Good luck.

The ketamine therapy Telehealth is an emerging industry with a lot of competitors out there whether its oral intranasal intramuscular or IV solution so it was a bit overwhelming to pick one over the other. I went with the first advertisement I came across on social media which was BetterU. Now I started with BetterU and tried a-lot of the other competitors ketamine and while the oral ketamine was the same product (most of the time its the same compounding pharmacy that services several different companies at once) it was the customer service that continued bringing me back to BetterU namely my patient coordinator Mr. Turek. Anytime there was an issue with the flavor or logistics payment errors etc he swiftly took care of it.

Regarding the actual ketamine itself, it was life changing! The resiliency I was able to create, moment of my childhood I was able to address, and the using ketamines neuroplasticity I was rework existing negative feedback loops and create positive ones.

I don’t post a lot but had to say something because this has helped me more than years of traditional treatments. Better U’s ketamine treatments program is structured in a way that felt safe and guided. The nasal spray option has been perfect for me when I don’t want a full-dissociation experience but still need to calm the anxiety spirals.

I appreciate the educational programs and the kindness of the providers. I’ve always found everyone to be very personable and easy to connect with, which made this experience feel both safe and supportive.

I’ve been with Better U for several years, and for a long time I genuinely felt supported and grateful for this program. Ketamine therapy helped me when other options hadn’t, and I’ve recommended Better U to others in the past based on my early experience.

Over the last several months, though, I’ve grown increasingly concerned. Since a pharmacy change, the medication no longer feels consistent with what I previously received at the same prescribed dose. I’m not claiming wrongdoing — but as a long-term patient, the difference has been noticeable and unsettling.

Continuity of care has also become a significant issue. I seem to have a new doctor or provider nearly every appointment, which makes it difficult to build trust or feel that anyone truly knows my history. Phone calls are rarely returned, and when I do need to schedule a doctor appointment, the wait can be up to two weeks.

One experience in particular was especially difficult. Around Christmas, my prescriber did not send my prescription to the pharmacy for over a week, even though I had clearly explained that I was out of medication and that the holiday period is a very hard time for me emotionally. I shared that I was struggling and having flashbacks. Despite this, it took four separate phone calls before anything moved forward, and responses only came via brief text messages days later. That lack of urgency and follow-through was deeply disappointing.

I’m sharing this publicly because repeated attempts to resolve these issues privately haven’t led to improvement. When you’re already dealing with stress and mental health challenges, these kinds of delays and communication gaps don’t just feel frustrating — they add to the burden.

I want this to work, and I’m not trying to attack the company or dismiss the many people who’ve had positive outcomes. However, given the ongoing issues with responsiveness and continuity, I’m now also looking into other programs. I truly hope Better U can take feedback like this seriously and make improvements, especially for long-term patients who’ve relied on this care.

Better U is the first place I found where NAD+ is recommended with ketamine therapy, and the difference in my day-to-day energy is soooo much more. My brain isn’t foggy anymore, (first time since covid) their therapists actually check in, which makes it feel like a real program instead of a random medical website.

I have had nothing short of a fantastic experience with this company. I have been with them for quite some time and every interaction has been positive.

The staff I have spoken with, especially my personal provider, have been so kind, understanding and empathetic. I have a nonstandard case because of some prior medical history and they have gone out of their way to work with me on more than one occasion

I feel heard and understood. They reach out to make sure things are going ok, ask if you need any support. Never once on those calls was there any attempt to upsell, it felt truly genuine.

I have found with some telemed companies you talk to the Dr for 2 minutes, get the rubber stamp, and don't hear anything till you get that call asking if you're ready for a refill. I don't have that feeling here. Especially after the due diligence they did in regards to my case to make sure I would be safe.

Let's not forget the app. There is so so much valuable information, links to resources and playlists, journal prompts and so much more. Things other apps charge an arm and a leg for.

In light of giving a 100% honest review I will say that 6 months ago I would have only given 4 stars maybe. Communication was very slow over the weekends but they have stepped up their game. Even reaching out over the holiday when I needed something.

BetterU has been a pillar in my foundation for some time and I don't see that changing anytime soon if they keep this up!

The People I have spoke to have been very informative and Genuine. This is a incredible tool that you must put the time in yourself to truly maximize the benefits. It definitely has sped up the healing process in ways I wasn't expecting. If you do your homework and put in the time, you will thank yourself, and you deserve that..

I’ve been doing ketamine therapy for depression and decided to try PT-141 for intimacy issues that came up after years of antidepressants/other medication. Honestly both together have made me feel like myself again. Confidence is higher, sex drive is stronger, depression gone. Better U has been one of the few healthcare companies that actually feels hands-on and human - in my experience which is a lot unfortunately since my health has always struggled byt feeling BETTER now!

I have lived 99% of my life in prison in my own head. It’s been an intense journey but one that has given me my voice back, brought me closer to God and given me the Serenity to accept the things I can’t change, the courage to change I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. I was the biggest sceptic but I’m a believer now. I made one deal with myself before I started. If I felt more distant from God I would stop immediately. I don’t. I feel closer than ever. I’m only at session four and my memories are coming back. I feel like I can learn again. I feel like me again. And the world will finally know me for me. Before I went to a church gathering I had done a session and everyone just felt something different in a good way! One of my closest friends literally said “It’s nice to see you not hyper vigilant for once.” She’s known me for years. I thought I hid it well. 😂. I could write books on my traumas and I feel as though I’ve accomplished in two weeks what a talk therapist couldn’t do in 25 years. It’s been renewing of my mind and regenerating to my body! More breakthroughs are coming but I will be worshipping the Lord harder than ever this Sunday (and everyday) and I believe it’s only going to get better. BetterU is a Catalyst for change. One word of advice…. Have a firm foundation and be able to ground yourself or you might get lost. Screw running. Face your fears and learn to live. P.S. My chronic intense back pain is gone as are my erratic bowel movements.

I have absolutely loved this company and the experience it has provided. There is so much more than just "healing" to discover. I am happier, slower to anger, think faster, speak better, and overall less anxious. But also, I have found a more profound perspective on life itself and live with more presence than ever before.

The ketamine therapy didn't really work for me. I'm not saying it's a bad company or a scam, just that for me the product didn't do what it claimed to be able to do. I was just as depressed after 12 treatments as I was when I started. I followed all of the protocols and also did therapy and other antidepressants at the same time. I never got the clarity or breakthrough epiphanies that they said I should get. All it did was make me feel trippy for a while, and groggy and nauseous. Even with anti nausea meds. The journal prompts did not feel relevant to me or my issues, and provided no insights at all. The "integration sessions" felt rushed and I did not feel like enough support was provided and the counselors did not really address my concerns.
Additionally, the treatment protocol takes up so much time and has so many requirements that it is nearly impossible to have a full-time job or any kind of hobbies or social life while doing this treatment. Having to miss out on the things I enjoy made my depression worse and made me feel more isolated and lonely. Having to deal with taking time off work and fitting the treatment into my schedule only served to add to my anxiety and cause me even more stress. The treatment requires you to have a support person present, which poses an inconvenience for me and my family, as they have to rearrange their schedules. The company charges almost $60 extra per session for a "virtual" support person which is an absurd amount for an hour long session, where the person isn't even doing anything. I'm really glad this worked for so many people but for me the results are very disappointing considering the time and financial commitment. Antidepressants worked so much better for me, at least at first. And, they are cheaper and don't require the amount of time needed here. I will just have to keep trying antidepressants until I find one that made me feel as amazing as my current one did for 7 years before it decided to quit working on me. Hopefully I will find something. There are lots of treatment options out there - unfortunately this is not the right one for me - and I had to waste $1,400.00 - not covered by insurance - to find that out. It might work for other people but I don't think ketamine is right for me.

For me and my situation, Better U has turned out to be the right solution, at the right time, delivered in the right way. The support is comprehensive and there are a lot of free/included support things (like group sessions, integration calls, etc.) I have enjoyed every single interaction I've had. Oh and it works (at least for me).

Better U has saved me literally with so much! The staff are worth their weight in gold! Today was Cathy's turn and I loved her! She and I have a lot in common! She gave me so much awesome information today and how to maximize my sessions. I really didnt know some of these things! These people go up and beyond their call of duty. Never received the refund I was supposed to get. Canceled the order the day after and before my scheduled Tella med because of MRI results and never received a refund or a return response once I shared the MRI results.

The first time I tried this, I cried. It was the first time ever feeling like there was silence in my body... no sense of dread creeping in, finally at peace with myself and my surroundings. The long-term benefits it has had have helped me to recall the feeling of peace even when not in use for long periods of time. Don't let the name of the drug scare you into thinking this is another fad. Take the leap and find out what it's like to have inner peace, and more more importantly how to keep the peace you will find long-term.

My initial and only dose of ketamine immediately caused tinnitus. It's been over 6 mos with no relief.  I no longer have ANY peace or quiet EVER!  The loud hissing and ringing I constantly hear interferes with sleep and  greatly increases stress and anxiety.  The increased sensitivity to noise makes running my business an excruciating task. I will have to sell my business and find a new career. I have 8 unused doses of ketamine that I wasted $700 to get. I was never informed of the risk of permanent injury from this product. Attempts to get assistance have been met with actions to avoid accountability. Better U has treated me in an unprofessional and unethical manner. Far from helping me Better U has caused injury and financial loss.
