Friendly compassionate patient and professional. Exceptional experience for me and my pet

The Vet and her assistant were interactive with Boomerang. He is not the most sociable dog. They talked and praised him and he was calmer. He likes to keep me in his eye sight. I was proud he did so good.

Dr Gueta and Sandy were amazing. My anxious dog who hadn’t let a doctor touch him in three years was bowled over by their calm demeanor and behaved like a lamb. Really convenient service, competent veterinarians and, cost wise, on a par with most clinics.

Our cat has always been terrified of going to the vet, and he came home from the last visit with fleas, so this time we decided to try a mobile vet. We were very happy with BetterVet, and will be using them from now on. Dr Hefner and tech Corey were both great. Very skilled, patient, adaptable, & caring. Dr Hefner called us the very next day to discuss the results of the bloodwork.

Dr Barbara Daniels was a consummate professional and very compassionate with our boy Fuji in his final days. The euthanasia procedure went very smoothly for something that is so horribly difficult. Thank you for making it tolerable for us. We recommend this Dr and service highly!

Having a vet come to my house reduced the stress for my cat. They were kind, gentle & very knowledgeable helping my cat. Very patient also.

I scheduled a sick visit appointment with BetterVet for my kitty Dag. Dr. Daniels and her assistant was great with Dag. He was scared of them at first but then calmed down enough to let them weigh him and exam him. Dr. Daniels prescribed medication for his issue and he's doing much better. I would definitely use BetterVet again if needed.

Doctor Daniels and Alicia , her assistant were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. They spent Quite a bit of time treating our cat Linus who is nineteen years old and had a cold. They also provided quite a bit of knowledge about what to expect moving forward. They were incredibly kind and gentle. I will always use better vet and Doctor Daniels and alicia moving forward.

I also felt that this was an economically sound decision. The price l equated with what you would expect to pay at an onsite veterinarian ... With much more personal service.

I have a very anxious cat and I can't stress enough how thoughtful and expert the team that came to my home was. They were swift and gently knew what they were doing and were so cognizant of his limits and I will definitely be having them back!

Dr. Daniels and the tech that came with her were beyond excellent. They arrived on time and entered my house slowly and quietly to try not to frighten my cat. Dr. Daniels asked me thorough questions about my cat in a quiet voice as my cat got used to new people being in the house. They got down on the floor to give my cat his shots and were so gentle with him even when he was struggling and scared. Dr. Daniels took her time explaining all of her recommendations for my cat and gave me time to ask my own questions and show her his food so she could do a calculation for how much he should be eating. I just went to a vet's office in person 2 weeks ago for my other cat and I felt so rushed and stressed. This was the exact opposite experience. In addition to all of this professionalism, I received a complete report from the visit, and they were both so kind and compassionate throughout the entire visit. I will absolutely use BetterVet again.

Dr. Olga Meyer and the Tech were wonderful. They were gentle and caring while handling our Ellie. It was much easier on Ellie to have the blood work done at home.

Having Qualified skilled people to work with my cats come to my home was a wonderful experience. They were patient and kind and made sure there was a conversation before even beginning their service. They learned the specific needs of my cats and helped my cats build confidence and a repore' with them before they began care.

Our first Better Vet visit went really well - our cat is very frightened and both the vet and her tech were calm, gentle, and responsive to his anxieties. Our cat isn't able to go to a vet's office, so having a home vet is essential for him.

Communication was easy and we knew just what to expect from the visit, how to prepare, and how to get the bloodwork results afterward. We're so glad to have a reliable, knowledgeable, and compassionate vet team.

This was my third visit with BetterVet and I couldn’t be more pleased! Dr Peck has a wonderful ease with my kitties and was attentive to my concerns. While pronouncing my boys in great health, she gave me specific things to look out for based on my concerns. Clear instructions and so caring!

I was nervous about finding an accredited vet that could help me with my move abroad. My regular vet office has an accredited vet, but this person didn't know what they were talking about and caused me a great deal of stress and worry. I'd never heard of BetterVet, but ten minutes into a call with Dr. Perry and all my worries were alleviated. Dr. Perry fully understands the process and I'm now confident that I will have no issues moving to another country with my cat.
