Can’t recommend BetterVet
BetterVet is more than twice as expensive as a local vet & there support center is cruel, immoral, and all about greed. If you’re looking to pay twice as much to see a provider who will tell you to buy a 3rd probiotic from them and it’ll magically fix all your dogs issues then this is the vet for you! Be careful, you definitely won’t get what you pay for if you give your money to BetterVet. They’re already a LARGE COMPANY who can care less about you or your companions, but they will do and say whatever they need to get your money. I am currently seeking legal representation, have disputed with my bank, and warning my fellow community. Be careful!

Great for anxious pets
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Both of my dogs, Colin and Louis,were seen at the visit.
Colin experiences extreme anxiety at typical vet visits and it is usually very stressful for him (and us). This vet visit was completely different! Colin was relaxed and happy the entire time.
For my other dog, Louis, the vet came up with a better plan of action for an issue he was seen at another vet for. We are already seeing an improvement.
We will definitely continue to use their services!

North County BetterVet. Best call for cat care.
Dr Simon and assistant Carolina was the best call for my cat health needs! Our adopted cat is rumbunctious and overly excited and recent vet visits have not been successul. Is it the cat carrier, could it be the long wait at the veteranarian, or is it the dogs that come and go... Waits close to an hour, and then find out they cant' handle your kitty because he is too anxious. Lets schedule another visit, lets try some medication...Next visit with Gabapenton applied two hours prior to visit, only to have to wait again another length of time. Now the drugs are beginning to wear off, and the veteranarian comes back and says they couldn't do anything because kitty is too excited to handle and we are concerned for our staffs saftety.
BetterVet is the solution! They were able to work with our cat. Trim his nails like experts they are! administer the vaccines necessary, all the while keeping kitty comfortable with wonderful words and letting him know they are not there to hurt him...Kitty did so well. I highly recommend BetterVets for your spontaneous cat, North County BetterVet is amazing! No worries with veteranrian offices, no worries with dogs coming and going, no worries for the long wait only to be disappointed your kitty is too difficult to work with! BetterVet was a excellent alternative.

I have asked since they first started…
I have asked since they first started this to have my dog seen I am disabled don't have a car and it's extremely hard to find someone to take me to his Vet visits but all they ever say we don't service your area .We need Vets that service our area they matter too so frustrating 😤

The fact that a Dr and Vet Assistant came to the house to care for my senior dog, was an Awesome experience, just as thorough as an office visit but in your home. i have been telling every pet owner i know about Bettervet, I highly recommend.

The vet and tech arrived on time and were professional
The vet and tech arrived on time. They were personable and professional at the same time. They made friends with my dog through the treats I supplied. I helped them with him and he was perfect gentleman. They were kind and gentle. The only time I needed the muzzle was with the nail trim which he really doesn’t like. The appointment was done in a timely manner.

Best Vet Visit Ever
I just had my first pet visit with BetterVet Chicago and my cats didn't go as berserk as usual. When my home vet retired after years of caring for my cats at home, I dreaded looking for a new vet. Dr. Jesse Navatta and Cassandra CVT have the very best bedside manor and were able to vaccinate both cats with very little stress. I highly recommend BetterVet!! They took the time to confirm my appointment several times and sent messages to tell me exactly when they would arrive!!

Dr. Keyes
Dr. Keyes and the vet tech assistant were great with my cat, Luna. Prior to the visit, there was communication to set expectations of their arrival which helped me plan for my day. I did not sit in the room with them when they examined Luna but I barely heard a peep from her and heard them being so kind to her which was very reassuring.

It was fast to book an appointment for my 15-year-old cat, Eco. The vet, Barbara, and the nurse were fantastic. They were very kind to Eco and cared for her during the visit. I booked an appointment for the regular vaccines, but Eco was also thoroughly examined. I received some supplement prescriptions and medical recommendations for her. Awesome!
