Thorough and personalised experience, aesthetically pleasing space
Very thorough customer service from the initial booking; I was contacted to confirm, given easy to follow directions to the clinic and had a really wonderful initial consultation that felt thorough, tailored to my needs and importantly not rushed. Aesthetically it’s a beautiful and calm space and the informative communications regarding next steps have helped build confidence in the service and treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-touch service.

Life-Changing Vision with Outstanding Care!
Betterview is truly outstanding! I had the SMILE procedure done on 20th December 2024, and I still can’t believe the results—perfect vision after years of relying on glasses.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Edin’s customer service was second to none; he provided amazing support throughout the process and made me feel so confident in my decision. Radhika was exceptional during the surgery, and her skill and professionalism put me completely at ease. The procedure was quick, painless, and truly life-changing. I can’t thank the team at Betterview enough.
