Review:
Requested €10,000 in withdrawals starting 1st August — still pending with no proper explanation. Support keeps saying “internal checks” but won’t give details or timeframes.

I’ve completed all verification. This feels like stalling. Be careful — they’re not paying out.

Firstly my deposit isn't credited transaction was successful after providing evidence of transaction still will not accept this as proof will not credit my account. Secondly rather foolishly deposited into my account. On the deposit page a warning stating by making this deposit any bonus will be forfeigted. Won upto around £50 on sweet bonanza when leaving the game balance went to zero. Unable to get game history with error message therefore can not provide exact time and amount but response was bonus expired whilst playing forfeiting balance as in terms and conditions.
