Best skincare product

I was very curious about their product and decided to try it but something went wrong with my delivery. After a few emails with their support, they decided to send me a new product without hesitation. I am very satisfied with their product!

I give Bettr a one star because it hasn't helped clear up my acne and I've been following the directions as directed. It was a waste of $107 for this product and I wish it had a lot more to offer.

I love it. After a long day, I wash my face and I go to sleep with my face feeling super fresh

Fast shipping and great customer service. Most of these companies for example lumin do not have a good shipping connection to Europe or Sweden. But these guys use some kind of third party logistics in EU so shipping is much faster and no hassle with customs etc. They shipped straight to the door. Really happy client.

Regarding the product I am really happy with it. Packaging is gorgeous and my skin is much better than before after 2 weeks of use.

After a great experience getting and using my first order of Bettr products, I ordered two more trio packs, but after a few weeks they had not yet arrived. Their customer support was very helpful and was genuinely concerned, assuring me the delay was unavoidable because of the pandemic but it would arrive soon - which it did after a week.

When I opened my shipment, I found one of the tubes was faulty and some product had leaked out. I sent photos to the same customer support executive and within half an hour I got notice on email that a shipment was on the way to replace the damaged tube along with a token to make things - bettr. :-)

I haven't experienced client support this warm and responsive yet - these guys don't just make awesome products that really work - they genuinely care about their customers. So buy with confidence! They are the real deal, and rock big time.

My first shipment didn't arrive for over two months, however once I got in touch with support they sent my order with DHL express delivery which took 3 days as well as an extra skincare bag for the inconvenience. Great support, but still a bit disappointed with my initial delivery

Bettr is just amazing! It feels great on the skin, it's super easy to use, and the result speaks for itself! I'm in my mid-30s and have been looking for a suitable facial care product for years and finally found it in Bettr! Definitely try it out! ;)

My whole experience with the brand was beyond my expectation. I bought this on a whim for my brother and I will definitely be purchasing it again. He has really dry skin that would flake during winters. Other moisturizers would make him breakout but this didn't. The cleanser didn't leave his face tight after I washed it off.
Hands down the best simple routine for men that works.

This rating is for the shipping error. The support team was very very helpful in sorting the issue out and left no stone unturned to ensure the delivery of my order.

I love this product ,it makes my skin softer and looks just great.i had some problems with my face and forhead , at the biggining i didnt belive this can do anything coz there are many companies promise yiu many things but when i put this cream it made a wonderfull change and i said to myself i will nit buy anything else.i just love it.
