Does anyone know how to get customer support in Canada? The live chat is useless, the email addresses aren't monitored and there is no phone number.
Where is my $900 withdrawal?

Betway does not have customer service. their email is not monitored and neither is their phone number
they have a chatbot that does not work.
I still have not received my withdrawal in over two weeks. Beware of using this site.

Betway is notorious for holding withdraw requests for over 24 hours in hopes the client will become impatient and reverse the withdraw. $50 withdraw via etransfer takes no longer than an hour at the most to complete. The AGCO must put an end to this b ullshit. I'm now into day 2 of my pending withdraw. Dint expect to see the funds well into next week.
Steer clear of this euro trash bookie.
The stall tactic need to be legally banned as these thieves will hold your funds indefinitely.

They offer you bonuses and promos to join, once you join and deposit money and after a few days they will send you an email saying that they have decided not to follow through with any offerings and all future bonuses will not be available.

Then to add, god forbid you win a couple bets they will then restrict your account to maximum $1 bets so that you can’t use their site and your money is now just sitting there.

Used Bet365 for years, never had an issue, decided to try Betway cause I see all their adds but that didn’t last more then a few days.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. I naively assumed this was a professional company but I’m left feeling like a victim of a scam!

I had requested a withdrawal of $500 CAD (I originally deposited $700) and it’s since been 15 days since that request. My withdrawal has been withheld indefinitely with next to zero support. They sent me an email asking to verify my address (funny how they ask that after I’ve used their website, deposited funds, and now requested a withdrawal) - I sent proof of address with a utility bill 9 days ago and since then it’s been radio silence. Any time I contact support they just say they can’t provide me with any other information other than it’s with the operations department.

At this point I don’t know whether I’ll ever see my $500. I would strongly suggest to read other reviews of Betway and avoid at all cost.

Day 36. After contacting customer service daily I’ve finally received my withdrawal.

… day 37. Closed the account… good riddance. Wouldn’t recommend Betway to my worst enemy after what I experienced.

Got a reply today that they are closing my account and keeping my winnings due to my card and account not matching.. well my card has my legal name my ID matches so again .. This is a fraudulent Site and ask people to read the reviews as I'm not the only one having issues

IF YOUR FROM CANADA, AVOID AT ALL COST.
They will process your funds within seconds when you deposit.
BUT, if god forbid you withdrawal your funds, they will NOT HONOUR IT.
Here's my case.
I deposited 100 $ on June 26, 2022
2nd deposit 900 $ on June 30th, 2022
Made a withdrawal request the following week.
I decided not to wager the funds anymore.
It has been over 180 days, no progress.
The last time support contacted me saying "the processor requires the last 4 digits of the SIN/SSN in order to release your withdrawal. "
Which was on Aug 2nd, 2022.
I provided that the same day.
I contacted their Live Chat over 20 times.
I get the same " This has been escalated, please allow 24-48 hours to receive feedback ".
I highly advise STAYING AWAY FROM BETWAY.
They can't even process a simple transaction in under 30 days.
Let me remind you, these weren't even winnings.
These were the funds I deposited into their platform.
Over 180 days of a nightmare trying to get your 1000$ deposit back.
I can't imagine what kind of nightmare you'd have to endure had it been winnings...
**UPDATE it has another 30 days, total over 180 with no progress.
Customer service gives you the same runaround, telling you to give them another few business days as their team is reviewing.
This puts their competence, professionalism in question as they need a team to review a simple withdrawal transaction. 180 days have gone pass and still NO PROGRESS.
