Have just seen a bank withdrawl by betway of which i did not make i was fuming 55 pounds but I have just been in touch with costomer service who actually was very helpful its an error and im hoping itll be back in my account soon if so not a oroblem and i may even open the account again as i closed it due to withdrawl issues but whoever i spoke to has made me think betway may be ok hopefully i will beable to up date this review with a positive review when refund is in my bank by the 18th nov . I want to thank the guy who sorted it out and replying with email to let me know and confirm the error After withdrawl issue on 14th which resulted in me shutting my account i can only say this issue was sorted quickly and how costomer service shd be and keeps costomers . So will look into rejoining based on expierience today .

SCAMMERS. Stay well clear. They offer promotions but don't honour them. When you want to query or get help they unable to do anything. Such a terrible company they need reporting to gambling commission

Gladly let’s you deposit with no problems but won’t let you withdraw your winnings, and customer service is non existent

Absolute Scammers

Failed to pay me out when I won on the live Alice in Wonderland game and when I went to live chat to address the problem they then proceeded to suspend my account. They don’t reply to emails, don’t honour their promotions and don’t pay you correctly.
Betway need investigating by the Gambling Commission as they are absolute scammers

Such a shameful experience I never faced from any other company in the world. Stay miles away from attending interviews with them. Company with no morals, standard or ethics. They do not need quality employees. Its a no go company. Bad luck if you even get a call from them.

To be honest even betfred kinds of scam too. I deposit £10 for 200 free spins, but I only won under £10. Also if you do want to chat to them, it took up to 48 minutes..( 29 minutes is the most)

How an earth this company can still be operating is nothing short of scandalous.

Deliberately refuse to provide any kind of working customer service facility and refuse to answer phones or answer emails.
CEO is Anthony Werkman who again has been hauled before the regulator before but still refuses to acknowledge any complaints.
Do not use or if you are owed money contact the regulator or a journalist specialising in gambling consumer issues.
At some point this shower needs to be held to account and exposed.
They spend millions on sponsorship but treat paying customers like sh*t.

Company offered 100 free spins on the back of a £10 deposit. I ended up depositing around £50 in the end but no opening offer fulfilled. I tried to speak with customer service but couldn't get past the AI chatbot.

I have been placing bets for some time . When ever you win they take long to pay and you keep having to message them to escalate . The agents on call are not helpful . I have been waiting for payment for 1000 USD for more than 3 weeks and keep emailing but they say they have paid but have not provided proof of payment . The agents keep lying saying they will email but no email comes . It one of the worst customer service experiences ever . Don't bet here .

Absolute fake and design to ridge people

My advice would be to avoid this site (BetwayCasino).
Only joined yesterday. Playing slots and started off with a few wins here and there even while changing games often. Went to around £30 up and suddenly it was like the whole algorithm changed and I've ended up about £750 down in less than a day.
Stupid Me, I know. But these games are blatantly FIXED. Lose after lose after lose. Get the feature for little to no reward.
After reading other reviews on here, it seems I'm not alone and I strongly feel this site needs putting under serious investigation by the gambling commission !

If you're reading this, do yourself a favour and avoid this site. Gambling is a mugs game as it is but this is daylight robbery..

Update: This site has now taken deposited money from my bank account without updating my balance on the site. Going through the 'help' option, it advises to contact them through the online chat option. This is impossible as after trying multiple times, this option doesn't work.

Had a bet voided when it should have been settled as a winner (was setlled as a winner on every other book). After about an hour long wait in the queue for live chat I was greeted by an extremely unhelp and slow worker who refused to give me a valid reason for voiding my bet. He eventually stated a rule which did not apply to my bet and said the rule had been written incorrectly and should apply to my bet. When i called this out he abruptly ended the chat which was extremely rude. Do not use betway, use any other major book. They will absolutely rob you.

Betway have a feature on their website where you can spin every day and get a randomly allocated amount of spins. For months, it was sincerely random, culminating a couple of weeks ago in a very fortutious 30 pound plus win for me on one of the games.

Since then, betway have rigged the game, ensuring I get the lowest amount of spins, 1, every single time. This has happened over 20 times now, which is statistically borderline impossible. In reading this crooked company's other reviews on this website, I've since discovered I'm not the only one.

I contacted their customer service and they had the audacity to insist to me that the game remains random, which is a bare faced lie. They then gave me the email address of their manager, who I tried to contact about the issue, but never heard back from.

They are liars, playing a fradulent game, punishing me for having the audacity to actually win on a game.
