What I dislike about you is that the cash out takes too many days to pay and full amount are paid in small batches. This discourages customers and they look for alternatives betting sites.
Very difficult to withdraw cash. I've needed to verify who I am for each and every withdraw. Including front back of drivers license etc, none of which is required to deposit.

You get limited super fast after few wins even though customer support tells you in first place that the more you play the higher are betting limits and KYC is slow. I could imagine how long I need to wait for my money.

I like this site a lot so far, cash out options, and alt lines are great. My only worry is seeing the withdrawal reviews. I had a pretty good run and my bank roll is getting substantial. I would like to continue using Betwhale but also would like to withdraw some money as well. So far it’s been 5 stars.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They will find any reason to not pay your winnings. They make it impossible to withdraw. Scam. Crime.

I like the sports betting side with nice bonuses and also very nice customer service. Only complaint is smallish withdrawal amounts and also that you get paid only once a week.

Worst site,
Worst site,
Takes more then 20 days to withdraw money.
Lot of things are fishy,
First they will not even approve your documents and delayed tactics go on and then they will make your withdrawal to move from bank account to bitcoin which is even worse.
Don't get trapped in this scam

Overall
Overall, I like the experience but the games often resets on its own while I’m in the middle playing. The deposit process is quick and easy, but the withdrawals take much longer even though it essentially goes through the same process. I would recommend it to a friend.

Thanks for the feedback — glad you’re enjoying the experience and would recommend us.
Sorry to hear about the game resets and slower withdrawals. Game interruptions can sometimes be connection-related, but please contact support with details so we can look into it. Withdrawals do take longer due to additional security checks, but we’re always working to improve speed.
Appreciate you sharing this, it helps us improve.
