What I dislike about you is that the cash out takes too many days to pay and full amount are paid in small batches. This discourages customers and they look for alternatives betting sites.
Very difficult to withdraw cash. I've needed to verify who I am for each and every withdraw. Including front back of drivers license etc, none of which is required to deposit.

The deposits of winnings to cards are terrible; they take 10 business days to arrive, and they never know when the deposit was made. Very unprofessional and unreliable. They should give you a receipt indicating when the deposit was made. That's why I won't play on that platform anymore.

Payout of winnings is not fair. If we lose our bets instantly, then the payouts should also be easy. But no, cannot get full payout, only get weekly small amount.
Would take a whole year to get complete payout.
Unbelievable.

Betwhale is the sister site of Juicebet. Juicebet went out of business and stole many peoples cash when doing so. They had their link still up for a bit and when you clicked it, it took you directly to betwhale.
Betwhale personally has stolen over 1.5k from me and juicebet over 5k. Their communication is awful, their terms of bonuses are designed to steal your cash.
Horrible and knowingly scamming people.
