My husband ordered one time, and he’s still being charged for products he doesnt want anymore.. Trying to reach someone to stop this is a nightmare.

Try to book online, the system told me I couldn’t and I had to call customer service, 1,15” wait and still no one replied.
This is not the first time, it’s really frustrating and disappointing,writing a review is my only way to get some sort of attention.

I wish I didn't have to give any stars. Ordered one item and was charged for four! Didn't know this until I was charged and the money was drawn from my account. Then I get a message that they cannot cancel the order but that I have 30 days to return it! What fresh shopping hell is this???

I bought 1 item. I pressed submit and saw they had upped my quantity to 4. I called the company and no one answered. I submitted a message to them to cancel.
PAYPAL was helpful to I canceled auto pay. I called my bank and they said they will not let the charge go thru. I received an email from the company the next day (yesterday) stating they cannot change or cancel order because "It's already sorted out." This company is scamming and trying to steal money!

I have used the Weldricks app to reorder my prescription, and continued doing this when they released a new version of the app. This month I placed my repeat order on the app only to receive two reminders a day or so later telling me it was time to reorder my prescription. Today I called in at the chemist to see what was going on and the very kind assistants helped me to install the New Bewell app. Which had at some point replaced the weldricks app?
I personaly find this method of reordering my prescriptions very handy and most of the time very efficient, but that's not to say it will suit everyone, some elderly customers in particular and if you are going to make changes please let us know.
