The case quality is alright, however the back looks nothing like the photos, on the photos it's sparkly and shiny, in real life it's dull and flat. For £50 plus postage I expected alot better. Won't be ordering again unfortunately

Voor de tweede keer een gepersonaliseerd hoesje van hout laten maken, men heeft dit van foto oude hoesje gedaan. Prachtig werk. Verder duidelijke informatie en service en binnen 8 dagen bezorgt. Compliment.

Zakupiliśmy kilka etui na telefon z tej firmy; ale to było ostatnie! Etui z górami do iPhone po tygodniu się rozkleiło. Zaczął się proces reklamacji, koszt etui 177 PLN informacja od producenta proszę zamówić przesyłkę opłacić i wysłać do nas, następnie mamy 14 dni na reklamacje ( ok akceptuję) następnie odsyłamy po dwóch tygodniach naprawione etui ale kolejny raz chcemy 177 zł ( za pobraniem kurier )
Jakość do ceny żadna !! Robią już hurt i olewają klienta. Omijać szerokim łukiem ! Obsługa klienta na żenującym poziomie !!

Na wszystkich reklamach i zdjęciach na różnych socjalach cudo chciałem takie od dawna kupiłem i co??? Słabe blade nijakie a co najlepsze pisałem do bewood i nawet nie pofatygowali się odpisać. Słabo dbają o klientów. Nie kupię więcej nie polecę i nie chodzi o to że mi się nie podoba. Sprzedają nie to co oferują!!!!!

Hoesje is goed maar:
Erg slechte klantenservice.
Mijn hoesje was op weg naar mij door de vervoerder (DPD) teruggestuurd naar Bewood. Wegens "adress incorrect". Terwijl mijn adres wel correct was.
Ik nam contact op met de klantenservice van Bewood: ze konden mij het hoesje opnieuw opsturen tegen een extra betaling voor het opnieuw opsturen.
Ze hebben niet de moeite genomen om mijn zaak te onderzoeken. De fout lag duidelijk bij DPD.
Van een bedrijf als Bewood, had ik juist coulance verwacht voor het lange wachten op mijn hoesje (bijna een maand) en niet een extra, tweede betaling van de verzendkosten!
De klantenservice toonde totaal geen empathie en zag niet in dat de fout niet bij mij lag maar bij DPD. Het was voor mij een zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Bewood.

Handhülly und Portemonnaie bestellt, beides wertig und schön. Als ich nach Monaten Schrauben verloren hatte wurden mir nicht nur neue Schrauben sondern eine neues Portemonnaie gesendet. Top-Service, aus meiner Sicht immer wieder

I've ordered phone case and keychain the same wood colour especially so I can pair them in set. They've messed up my ordere, sended me different colours and after I've complained to them, they say that they did nothing wrong and the colours ar the same. Take a look at this scammers pictures

Ich habe versehentlich die Handyhülle für ein falsches Handy bestellt und die Panzerfolie für mein Samsung Galaxy S24. Bevor die Bestellung weggeschickt wurde, hat ein Mitarbeiter per Mail mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen und mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, daß die beiden Artikel nicht zusammen passen und auf meine Rückmeldung gewartet und darauf hin auch meine Bestellung korrigiert! Sehr aufmerksam! Dass gehört erwähnt!!!!!! Danke dafür!!!!!

I ordered a wooden resin case that have not yet arrived and still don't. There customer service is really poor and not being helpful at all over the situation. Saying that "this usually never happened and promise a refund after the next 5 days" yet the postal says that it's the provider have to come into contact on give it s go. I did send the information that Beewood have to contact our postal service and nothing happened. This is a shame for a beautiful case that I ordered and this joke of a company, should gone trying sell international with there products.
Do not buy from them and avoid at all cost.

I bumped the rating up because I finally received my Phone case and its not what they claim. The texture feels nothing like a actual wood have been made of, besides the buttom part. Rest of it feels fine, slightly better than a cheap chinease cases. Not recommending it

Etui zamieszczone na poglądowych zdjęciach dużo ładniejsze niż to otrzymane finalnie.
Kształt ma jakiś charakter na zdjęciach poglądowych, jednak otrzymane przeze mnie etui jest poprostu brzydkie. Poziome maźnięcie żywicą przez środek plecków telefonu ma się nijak do tych przedstawianych na zdjęciach finazyjnych kształtów. Nie ma żadnego wpływu na kształt żywicy na etui a można dostać byle co dumnie nazwane niepowtarzalnym kształtem.

The delivery is fine and works. The return options are so bad:
-You don't get a return label in your order
- You can't use a return label when the firm sends you one. So, it isn't possible to return your order even though Bewooden provides it is possible and free on their website. Therefore, you need to buy another return label for a refund =(.

In addition, the item I bought cost 169€. After a short time, it changed price and cost 129€ instead of 169€. Bewooden couldn´t help me with that problem either.

I will never buy anything from Bewooden again!!!

Heel goeie hoesjes snelle levering en mooie kwaliteit

I was apprehensive at first because of the many negative reviews, but for me everything did work out just fine. The case fits and i can access all buttons. The sample photo on the website doesn t change when you select a case that is all. The case has a nice touch and feel and protects the camera as well, being raised a bit above it. I would say it is a bit overpriced , i paid 35 Euros for a case. 25 or 30 would have been more reasonable in my opinion.

Ich habe mir eine Handyhülle für mein Sony bestellt. Die Verarbeitung der Hülle ist schlecht und sie besteht hauptsächlich aus billigem Plastik - der Holzteil ist nur draufgeklebt und das nicht einmal gut... Abgesehen davon passt die Hülle nicht, es war unmöglich sie auf mein Handy zu bekommen. Der Kundenservice hat mir zwar geschrieben, dass sie mir aus kulanz (den Kontext habe ich nicht wirklich verstanden) erstatten - erhalten habe ich jedoch immer noch kein Geld.

The iphone case they delivered me was NOT made of real wood and resin. The website charges way too much money for a product that is not what it looks like.
